My service was rushed through and I wasn't able to talk through what I wanted. I was nervous to try a new place, and was rushed through a discussion of what I wanted for my hair and told I had "lots of dandruff" after I said I was feeling very self-conscious about my hair. Then instead of talking to get more at ease we didn't talk at all and the stylists talked amongst themselves in another language even though I was clearly jittery. Bangs didn't turn out the way I wanted. The rest of my hair is fine, just a little short I was told when explaining I was feeling anxious to stop being anxious, and that talking too much about what I wanted was pointless because she knows what I want and I don't need to just "talk and talk." Not professional for a service industry to be so dismissive when a client is trying to consult. I was really disappointed. I need to go to another place to fix my bangs now - somewhere I can fully explain what I'm looking for. This place could be good for someone who likes to explain what they want in a few words and sit silently while it's very quickly done. Otherwise, this isn't the place for you.

She does a great job with my husbands hair. Mine however was not good. She gave me layers shes I specifically asked not to have them. She also gave me a deep side bang, which I never asked for. Oh, and I was told I needed to shape my eyebrows. A rather insulting addition to my experience. Seems like she does great with mens hair, but I wont be going back.

I have been on the search for a good hairstylist for 2+ years and finally l've found someone l have faith in. After searching reviews l came across A+ salon and thought l'd give it a try and l'm glad l did. Amy took the time to listen to what l wanted and looked at the pictures l had and when l left l had exactly what l wanted and was very happy. I was definitely be coming back again. If you want quality at a very reasonable price followed up with friendly welcoming staff, check out A+ salons you won't be disappointed.

Disappointed. Don’t be lured in by cheap price. I came in for a haircut and the girl didn’t even listen to what I want done, rushed me into the chair. The whole haircut took 7 minutes. No attention to detail, started cutting me too short and when I politely pointed out she got very defensive and rude. Then wrapped up and rushed me out. If you don’t care about what your hair looks like and just want your hair cut short than maybe it’s for you, but if you actually want a good haircut avoid this place.

Great Cut And Colour! After a long time without cutting my hair I had a big change with a lot of hair taking off. She was so warm, kind and reassuring and took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and how to style it. Even though I have never had hair so short and was quite nervous prior to the appointment, I loved the end result so much I ended up booking in with her again 2 weeks later for hair painting to finish off the look. I have never loved a haircut so much, my hair feels so healthy, is way less tangly and looks much neater and more stylish. The whole experience was definitely first class, and I will be back for all my future hair needs.

What a lovely surprise! After an unfortunate camping incident, daughter #2's long hair became unbrushable and we needed to get it cut on a Monday when many other salons are closed. It is always risky to try a new hair place on a whim, but A+ Hair Salon turned out better than we could have imagined. My oldest also needed a trim, so she tagged along. Both girls' hair turned out great. Daughter #2 cried the whole time because she was so devastated about losing her long hair, but they did a great job of working with what we gave them. My daughter looks great, even if she didn't think so initially, and today, only one day later, she is happy with her new look and how brushable it was this morning. Went back today with daughter #3. She had about 4" taken off and layers added. She also looks great. The price is great. The service is great. The quality is great. Thanks ladies! We will definitely be back!
