I loved it! I booked a massage and rosemary mint body wrap with Ali. They were able to accommodate me while 6 months pregnant and Ali always made sure I was comfortable with baby belly. My skin is sooo soft from the rosemary mint exfoliation. I was so impressed that Ali was able to use so much pressure to massage my body. If you like a hard massage, Ali is able to deliver! Well worth it and very much enjoyed my treatments. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very relaxing and rewarding experience with Veronica when she gave me a cut and color at the salon. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted as I was making a complete color change but Veronica took the time to show me options and was so patient and helpful with her own expertise and knowledge as to what would be best for me! My experience with Veronica was a very enjoyable time feeling comfortable that the outcome would be great..and it was ! I love how they are always so polite and accommodating, the girls in the front and the stylists are all really good at what they do, Asmaa is such a sweet person and gives amazing colors, cut and blowouts. I have tried a number of Spas in Kelowna and by far Zahra's will be my Go To place. My biggest points go to their manicurists on staff, not once have I ever been cut, and they take their time taking the gel off my nails, unlike other spas. My favorite hairstylist is Ari. She actually listens and remembers that I can't do scalp massages and knows that I have to have scent free products. Both manicurists and Ari will ask to be sure what products I am allergic too. I appreciate this greatly. If you are looking for a Spa in Kelowna, give Zahras a try.

I loved my experience. I was looking for a new stylist in the area that I could trust with a big change. I had my appointment with Asmaa and I really enjoyed it. She understood what I needed and explained everything she was planning to do. It felt very luxurious at the salon and I will definitely be returning in the future. I had an appointment with them and was taken in 10 minutes early. Asmaa also taught me how to style my hair by myself the way that I was interested in. Highly recommend Asmaa! Wonderful stylist, she's the first I've left very happy from in quite long time! She listens to what you want and puts a lot of quality and care into her work. I find with my long hair a lot of stylists tend to rush near the end as it's time consuming to work with, I didn't get that from her. She was very patient and didn't mind leaving the color longer to get it where I asked. The last few times at other salons I'd leave with it half done and get told my hair is just "resilient" to color change. Didn't have that problem here! Gents, I'm a hard working guy slaving away in trades and you know, sometimes you still just need a spa day. I don't have eyebrows, and now I do! Today I got told I had movie-star hair. This is the place to go if you wear Carhart during the day and Prada at night. All services are exceptional. These ladies are attentive and exceptional at what they do, from reception to the services. Do yourselves a favor: get some stuff done here and take care of yourselves. The ladies will appreciate it and you'll feel great. PS. Is it Maddie? I think it's Maddie. She's great and it's nice to have someone who remembers who I am! And Emily? Yeah her too. I usually just stay quiet and don't say a word but these girls make me feel chatty. It's a nice change. You all keep on being you.

I have been referring the guests from my couple's retreat and my treating my staff to spa treatments at this salon and spa for several years. Always rave reviews. This morning I decided to treat myself to a facial, which was provided by Sofie. 90 minutes of pure decadence (and I know the difference because I actually used to own a spa). Professional & personable are only two words of dozens that come to mind. This will now be a monthly ritual for me and rest assured I will be promoting this service in particular to anyone that will listen. Just do it, you're worth it!

Not only did they fit me in immediately for the day and time of my preference, but Asmaa even gave me a free consultation immediately and was honest and up-front about the length, complexity, and price of the procedure. Zahras Salon visited on 27. 07. 2019 for a consultation. On 26. 07. 2019 Asmaa has proven her skills on my once chestnut brown hair, dyed black brown for a long time and always quickly freed in the hairline gray white regrowth of the colour. At my request, she changed the colour into a dark blond to the hairline brightening and there by created a transition that corresponds to the regrowing hair. It freed me from the annoying need to retouch. My opinion is that, Asmaa has helped me for the future, with the support of one of her professional colleagues, by refreshing the highlights she has brought in, to a much better look and more satisfaction with myself. Asmaa is a very creative hair artist, just trust her. Me, myself and I like each other and, by the way, dear Asmaa, instead of a dinner we had a bottle of champagne in our camper to celebrate my new look. Too bad that I can't take her to Germany.

Walked in to Zahra Salon and Spa this morning after confirming our appointment by phone, and we were immediately greeted by name at the door by an engaging receptionist. We waited less that two minutes and were introduced to our two estheticians, as I joined my wife for couple pedicures. Ali was exceptional! I have always gone to another spa, but this will now be the one and only. From the smiles radiating from behind the masks to her deliberate services, Ali was a true professional. My rough feet were quickly smoothed out and nails groomed,. And then such a great foot massage (elsewhere it is very routine) as Ali took her time and knew how to relax my feet as I disappeared into a quiet state of comfort. The hot wax treatment at the end was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. From the special vibrating and pivoting chairs that are so easy to get in and out of, to the cold drink, the hot towel and chocolate treat at the end, I felt very special. Thanks, Ali!

Not only was it incredibly relaxing but Jessica was very pleasant to chat with and provided an extremely professional service. My feet left feeling and looking great and I can’t wait to return! Another consideration especially right now is the cleanliness of an establishment like a spa and I could not speak more highly of the cleanliness of this space. For manicures there were plexiglass dividers set up and I was seated at a safe (+6ft) distance from other guests and esthetician’s. When I called the lady who answered the phone was very unfriendly and would not even give me a approximate STARTING price for an intermediate stylist for root touch up. I assume there must be a starting price for each level of stylist for haircut, highlights etc. Never before have I had a salon so resistant to answering any questions over the phone. They just lost what could have been a long-term client because of rudeness and un-helpfulness. After pressing for a starting point several times as I would be coming up from Penticton where I am staying until I move to Kelowna next month she said $200 - $300 for root touch up! No thanks!

I was very disappointed at my appointment on Saturday. I had high hopes of walking out with a successful appointment,unfortunately that proved to not be the case. The salon itself is well maintained and inviting however the individual with a thick accent (who did not provide her name) needs practice and education in listening and understanding the customers wishes and needs. I had called during the week to make an appointment and spoke with her, and inquired on what the price would be. I explained my hair style, length, colour and texture to the best of my ability to which she stated it would be roughly $120 to do a solid colour without a cut. At my appointment the price changed to $150 which is understandable as factors such as how much product, length of hair and etc do need to be factored in. I would have been happy to pay if she had experience and expertise in the career path that she chose. Upon meeting her, she was hesitant and resistant to meet and discuss my hair. Given it was closer to the end of the day, I would have assumed it was a long day for her and she was tired, however the lack of professionalism seems to continue to lack throughout the appointment. I showed her a picture of the hair colour I wanted and told her I simply wanted a solid colour of a golden blonde rather than the ash blond i currently have. She then continued to ask me what kind of blond I wanted, again, I showed her the photo and began to indicate a golden all over blonde to hide the ash in my hair. She seemed to be confused and unknowledgeable, as though she had never seen a golden blond colour, like the one in the photo. That said, she proceeded to bring out different samples, all of an ash colour. After FOUR samples, she finally brings out one last one with the colour I wanted. Yet again, points to the ash colour on the chart indicating that the ash colour is the one I want. I pointed to the golden blonde colour once more, and she said she didn't want to do the golden colour because she wanted the hair colour to fade in a few washes to make it an ash colour, which is not at all what I wanted coming into the appointment. Needless to say I ended up walking out on the appointment, dissatisfied. I can appreciated and understand that a colour in a photo will never be 100% due to the fact that every person has a different hair colour and texture, as well as current colouring on the hair can prevent the exact same end result, however, if you have to explain what you want more than five times, its not worth the $150 just to be disappointed in the end.

I loved my experience. I was looking for a new stylist in the area that I could trust with a big change. I had my appointment with Asma and I really enjoyed it. She understood what I needed and explained everything she was planning to do. It felt very luxurious at the salon and I will definitely be returning in the future. I had an appointment with them and was taken in 10 minutes early. Also, for the haircut, it was surprisingly inexpensive at $60 for a big cut, blow dry, and curl. Aveda salons are great! As the saying goes - you get what you pay for! I first dropped in for a consult on what to do about a body wave that had gone terribly wrong. My hair was so over processed and damaged that it had to be cut off. Two other salons had tried two different cuts, but I still looked like a poodle!! Eden was able to fit me in that same day and restyled my hair from “old lady” to “trendy” !!! What a relief!
