Don’t be fooled by the convenient location! I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I showed the hairstylist many pictures of what colour I wanted and have had this done at another salon many years ago with no issues. Last salon I went to spent 7 hours with me to put in a full head of foils to go blonde, here I wanted the exact same procedure but the stylist proceeded to tell me there wasn’t enough time to do that once my appointment already started. She put about 1/4 of my hair in foils in the span of 45 mins and left me to sit for 45 mins. I paid over $300 expecting to be fully blonde but what I got was horrible looking brown hair with blonde streaks. When I addressed the issue with the lady at the front desk she proceeded to try and tell me that this is what I asked for. I tried to explain this is not what I was expecting at all and she offered the option of a refund but the manager had to call me before they could do that. A week later I get a call from the manager saying they do not offer refunds in the service industry. Why would an employee offer this option if it was never actually an option? Such a waste of my time and money. Never stepping foot in this salon again.

My only complaint is that Oliver is not available at the drop of a hat for me :D Brilliant cut and colour, great service, feels like a mini vacation every time. The ladies I talked to were very polite and friendly. Great atmosphere and clean place. Good selection of products as well. They have great customer service. I just needed my ends trimmed, didn't realized how expensive it was compared to my older salon ( $60 vs. $20). But overall a great place to go for knowledgeable stylists and friendly staff.

I've gotten my hair done at this place for 3 years now and I love it I may only be 16 but the service I received was fantastic they treat you with kindness, I have bangs and it's hard for a stylist to cut them the right way but Karen cut them so perfect I fell in love with the style I'm going back soon for a back to school haircut and I can't wait. Karen would always make room to fit my appointment in when I wanted it she's probably one of the sweetest, brings up a conversation to keep it social. She's by far the best hair dresser this place has I've had other ones there which were great as well but Karen goes above and beyond the expectations.

BAD BAD BAD... took my 9 year son in for a hair cut, after a 10 min consult I went to grab a coffee. When I came back the hair stylist had done the exact opposite of what I asked for. I was extremely upset and asked what happened and he said he had decided to listen to my son not me(I asked him who had the credit card to which he had no answer). The owner of the store backed the stylist stating there was a miscommunication, for which I stated there was no miscommunication the stylist had screwed up and I wanted my money back, they refused. Then they had the nerve to say that I was not setting a good parenting example by being upset, I stated that I hope my son learns to stand up for himself and not allow poor service and shoddy business practices to let some company take advantage of him.They hen asked me to leave the store. I have never been so disappointed in a business or a business owner. Do not go there unless you believe the customer is always wrong.

Too bad, I was there to buy some Davines but will spend my money elsewhere that carries that product and is happy for my business.

The stylist I saw could not get my cut correct -a shattered lob- even tho I showed her numerous photos AND explained what to do it and what not to do. I also gave her images of the color I liked but she messed that up too... I had to go to another salon ...pay 75 bucks ... to get it cut the way I wanted. The new stylist, who is English, knew EXACTLY what I was looking for and did an amazing job, that salon is Fringe. I know I could have gone back and asked her to fix it for free but if she didn't get it The 1st time was she really going to get it The 2nd? The color isn't horrible and I can live with it . I give them 3 stars because while she messed it up she was personable, the salon is clean and all employees do well in the customer service department.

My usual Barber wasn't available so I decided to give Untouchable in Hair a try. I was more than pleased with the fade I was hooked up with done by Krista! Being a picky man, I am glad I gave this place a shot and would 100% recommend asking for Krista, she is quite Skillfull!

I had the pleasure of having my eyebrows threaded by Rita yesterday. From the moment she welcomed me to her chair until I left the salon, I received excellent care and service. The lavender brow and forehead massage she added at the end was an unexpected gift that made my experience 10/10. She took care to apply concealer on afterwards to dull the redness so I could continue my shopping. I will definitely be back! Thanks Rita!

Needs an overhaul in customer service. I was refused service after years of going there, because my daughter wrote a negative review about her bad color experience and how poorly she was treated. I was told I needed to go elsewhere because they couldn't keep my family happy with color ???? (my daughter is 21, makes her own choices).The reason they gave me is a complete lie !!!!!!!! After my color disaster in the spring, my stylist and I agreed to not do color again and I kept returning for cuts. So it was only after my daughters review they decided they would not provide ME with service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel for the stylists here because it's the management/owners that are costing them clients.

I've been working with Krista for the past 5 years since I moved here. I followed her when she came to Untouchables and I couldn't be happier! She always has a big smile and makes me feel right at home. Never have to tell her what to do as she always remembers and gives me a great cut each time ! Takes her time to make sure every detail is right instead of rushing you through like some places. Untouchables is great too with a relaxing atmosphere (despite being busy) and friendly staff ! I am regularly asked which hairdresser I go to. Untouchables also offer threading and waxing now. I have used the service and find it to be excellent. I have been going to Untouchables for years now and I can say that everyone there is very friendly and attentive. Every so often Chris has suggested to try something different and it has been fun. It is an experience not just a great hair cut(that my wife likes as well), it's a scalp massage, warm towel around your neck, tea or coffee and great conversation with a few laughs. Can't go wrong here.

I told her that I wanted my eyebrows the same shape and thickness and just cleaned up around the edges. She proceeded to arch them and thin them out! One eyebrow is longer than the other and it was way more painful that any other threading I’ve ever had. I’m almost more self conscious now than I was before I got them done!

I had visited the salon last week on Friday for getting my hair colour done and I didn’t get the colour that I want and the hair stylist was like saying sorry for that and I can’t do the colour you want but I can definitely correct the colour on your next appointment. After that I had been calling them more than 7 times every time I called them they sats our owner will call you whenever he will get time and didn’t get the call yet. They were thinking I need any discount or free colour and I don’t want any discount even just do the colour I want I am able to pay you extra. But again I had tried calling them the receptionist is so rude and saying you need consultation appointment for making another appointment if you don’t want the owner to call you but the hairstylist knows what happened and this is because I had asked them that I want colour before Wednesday and they want me to book consultation only on Monday and Tuesday. I will never recommend them to anyone. p.s- It happened twice with my friend too.

I love the service here and getting pampered. Ashley is a very talented stylist, amazing with blonde. The only thing that is disappointing is the new chairs that were bought not too long ago. They are terribly uncomfortable for even 1 hour, let alone 3 1/2. There is no lumbar support and I do not even have back issues. The chairs they had previously were much more comfortable. Go, but bring a back pillow!
