I paid $800 for the hair extensions and installation of them. Had them in for a couple months and booked to have them removed. She took so much of my own hair out during the removal I was left with a tiny mouse tail for a ponytail. She tried to say that's how thin my natural hair was before but it is obvious that it wasn't. I couldn't even use my hair elastics because my hair wouldn't stay in the anymore. I had the micro bead extensions and thought with how the removal is supposed to be so simple it would be safe but I was very disappointed. They looked great but to lose most of my hair for a couple months of extensions wasn't worth it.

Ranee is one of the most kind hearted person I’ve met. I started going to her salon about 5 years ago and when we met we clicked and connected right away. That bond has become stronger over the years since I’ve been getting extensions! She has helped me with my hair so much accommodating every need...(since I’m very particular with my hair). I’ve had horror stories going to other salons And it’s safe to say that ranee has the best hair in town. The hair quality of extensions are the best I’ve had in Kelowna, long lasting and beautiful. I’ve had extensions for 8 years so finding the right person is very important to me... and if I find someone I like then I’m super loyal to them. If you are wondering who to go to for extensions then Ranee is your girl! She will make you feel comfortable and keep you coming back for more haha... literally! 10/10 ❤️

Ranee’s work is incredible! Each time I go, I am absolutely in love with the results. I get compliments everywhere I go and people have a hard time believing that they are extensions and not my real hair. Ranee is professional, kind, friendly and will answer any questions you have. Her experience shows clearly in her work and the hair she uses is European origin, and very different quality compared to what’s out there. Kelowna’s best kept secret. Expect a high quality professional service, clear advice on how to take care of your extensions, and a wonderful person who makes the whole experience a pleasure. I cannot recommend highly enough (though I’d rather keep this secret to myself so she doesn’t get too busy and book full!) You will walk out that door feeling amazing!!!

This was my first time having extensions. I really appreciated getting to know Ranée during my consultation. She put me at ease, answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in the investment. I have thick hair with a blunt cut and a colour that can’t be easily matched. She installed 240g 16 inch wefts and they were a perfect match. The way she blended them in to my natural hair left me in awe. Professional and personable, it was such a pleasure meeting her!

When I went to get my fusion extensions, I didn't realize that this location was at a residence. Which is fine, the room she worked in was very professional. However, I was 10 minutes early and since she was with another client she didn't hear me knocking/ringing the bell/calling her phone, so I was very confused when I arrived. Once I got into the appt she was very personable and installed the hair quickly, which looked nice and matched well with my natural hair, but the "blending cut" didn't blend anything, I ended up going to get it styled elsewhere after. Then 3 months later when trying to book an appointment for removal, she hadn't replied to our email conversation for 3 days so I emailed again. After waiting 7 hours with still no reply, I booked somewhere else to remove them. When I went for removal, all of the ladies at the salon were horrified at the incorrect application of the fusion extensions that made it very difficult to take out. I was not impressed, and would not recommend getting fusion extensions here.

Ranee is amazing! She knows everything there is to know about extensions, she has access to hair that is TOP OF THE LINE and let me tell you how important that is! I went in with hair I had purchased ahead of time (Remy brand off swap and buy) because I didn’t want to spend a lot at first in case I didn’t like extensions. Well. I loved them, but I hated the hair! After only a couple weeks it was breaking all the time, the ends were fraying, I ended up cutting it because it was so bad! Needless to say, I called Ranee she ordered me the right hair I colours that blend perfectly with my natural colour and got them in for me right away - in record time! The lady is FAST! The difference is astounding! I’ve had the new ones in for over a month and although it’s time for maintenance, they still look and feel amazing! No embarrassing breaking or fraying and only a small number have come out in that time - compared to over half in the two weeks of the lower quality ones. I will not trust anyone else to do my extensions or order my hair! Ranee is amazing and beautiful inside and out! AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY HAIR! Thanks, Ranee! See you soon!
