I drive 3 hours to get my haircut. I originally came across Sport Clips as they were a sponsor of Kelowna Comedy. There was free cuts for all attendees of the comedy show. Which was hilarious! So after one free cut from Maria, I decided that it's worth a 3 hour drive just to chat with her and catch up. Plus she does an amazing job on my hair. Management take note! Plus she sold me some great product. I will return!

First time ever going to a Sports clip and it was the best decision I have made in my entire life my hairdresser was Santana and she was absolutely amazing, super friendly funny and was really great to have a conversation with and very knowledgeable! And I got a fresh cut too that I’m extremely happy about! The choice is simple if you want a fresh haircut and amazing hospitality Sports clip is the place to go hands down????

Came across a coupon to Sportclips and was so happy everything turned out perfectly! My stylist was Brittany and she was exceptionally professional, skilled, and answered all of my questions. Brittany took the time to talk to me as we tried to discuss what I wanted. I showed her a picture of the cut I had in mind and she easily recreated the look with no trouble whatsoever. They have some really good deals for first time customers, and the experience you get as a customer is worth it. Thanks Brittany! New Update: Got my hair cut by Chelsea and she was absolutely amazing! Really took her time cutting my hair, everything was perfect, and above all she was super friendly and welcoming! I'd honestly give another 5 stars if I could!

You can tell the owner really cares about the experience you receive at this barber shop. I have had several cuts and shaves there and each of the barbers is well trained and polite. They have very competitive rates and do a good job of keeping organized. Everything is done with a good online system that makes it easy. Well worth it.

I had one of the worst hair cutting experience ever and to think I have been getting hair cuts from you guys since you started. Michelle was the hair dresser and she was so inexperienced that I'm surprised you have such people engaging in customer service. The hair cutting started by a discussion on how to cut my hair. I asked if she could fade or blend, she told it didn't suit me. I asked if she could thin it a bit, she said she didn't know how to do it. Later after washing my hair she refused to dry it. Her argument was that they never do not and I have never had a hair wash without getting dried. She treated me like she was paying for my hair cut and not me. Worst bit was that I had to attend a client meeting with the worst hair cut of my life. I hope the owners read this and not disregard it as a competitor review. Everyone who is going to this shop, please please please don't take Michelle's services. She has ruined my hair cutting experience with you guys forever!! Edit: The owner of the salon, Kevin, reached out to me and was awesome in sorting this straight. For all you readers, I must reiterate that I have never had any issues with my previous haircuts. I have been a regular since they opened the business. It was just the hairdresser Michelle's conduct that annoyed me. That being said, there are other hairdressers like Maria and Brittany who have been really awesome.

I went to this store for my hair cut after three months. I was assigned to a lady (forgot her name) and she seemed to be oversized one (sorry, just giving a hint to the management) among all. She didn’t do great but it was not not even okay. She did not cut my hair on top of my ears and the hair on the sides were different sizes. I did not realize at the store, but when I came home and was checking my hair my wife figured out that my hair was uneven on the sides. Customer receiving was fine but service was disaster. I am not thinking of going back to them again.

Excellent customer service and cuts! My husband and son both got fresh hair cuts yesterday and they loved the MVP service and the steamed towels. We purchased 3 products (tea tree shampoo, pomade and hair and body lotion) and my son loves styling his new do! ????????‍♂️ The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly! We will definitely be back!

I have never been one to go to the same place for a cut more than once. That has now changed after coming to Sports Clips. I dont think I will go anywhere else going forward. Great expirience, great cut, and got to watch SportsCenter the whole time.

I managed to get a free haircut coupon in the mail which was a great move to get people to come in for this new spot! Not the best area in the front for waiting with no time killers other than a single TV in the corner. Other than that, this place is great. You can get a scalp massage, warm face towel, and vibrating chair for hair washing, like other nice haircut spots. They really like to talk about the products they use and try to inform you on what they are putting in your hair. Several stylists there and they all seam to know what they are doing.

My stylist moved here 8 years ago and has a daughter and husband, can't remember her name but she moved here from Calgary. BEST HAIRCUT EVER, it looks amazing and I feel so good walking around like this. She was so fun to talk to and made it a very enjoyable experience. If I lived in kelowna, she would be the only one to ever touch my hair. Great experience.

Friendly service with knowledgeable staff. Online check in available with text message updates. Big screen TV in waiting area and placed between each set of chairs. Decent price. The MVP service is a small upcharge but worth the cost for a more relaxing experience. I recieved a coupon for a free cut which got me to go in th first place but definetly will go back

American salon chain. Amazing precision by trained hair stylists. State of the art registration and waiting list system ( if any waiting) . High tech vaccum cleaners used to clean hair from floor. First visit they also give complimentary steam on face with hot towel, few mins. Of shoulder massage ( brief) as well.
