In the past, I’ve always been one to attempt to style my own hair because, after many attempts, I’ve never found a hairdresser who I’ve fully trusted with my hair AND can feel at ease and comfortable around until I met Cara. I’m so happy I’ve found her. She is both an amazing stylist and a genuine person. She uses hair cutting techniques that I’ve never seen before and they work so amazingly. She considers both the style you desire and your hair texture, fullness, length etc to create the perfect style for you. She’s truly a hair artist! Definitely recommend!!

Cara is the bomb! I first found her at Crimson salon and now she opened her own place with the Nude brand, it's brand spankin new in the super cool cooperative/collective spaces near the Castanet building. Stylish decor and relaxing space, nice change of pace to have the solo rooms, it offers the client so much privacy and makes the visit feel more special. Cara has a cool line of French products (Balmain), which are hard to find elsewhere. Prices are reasonable. I go to Cara for full service cut/colour with fashion colours in right now--lots of fire red, orange, yellow, and she totally understands how to work bright colours and more expressionistic styles. Cara also does a great job with shaggy/nouveau mullet styles, and the blowouts are just right, not too much volume. I've had such a hard time finding stylists I like and I'm grateful so I'll stick with Cara as long as she's in Kelowna. Highly recommended.
