Last week I made an appointment with Debbie and was so happy and satisfied with her knowledge and willingness to ensure I made the choices right for my skin colouring. During this time of Covid she was careful to follow the protocol necessary to keep her customers safe. I would definitely recommend Nu-Reflections Wig Salon.

Debbie is great. She is so helpful, patient, and accommodating that she makes the experience enjoyable. We spent loads of time picking out just the right style and right colour. I didn't feel rushed at all and the end product is great. My husband is thrilled with the result and says it looks really natural. If he is happy, you know its good. I'll be back!

Deb is absolutely amazing. She will take the time to find you exactly what you want - even if you, yourself are unsure. She will figure it out for you. She will give a personalized twist to your items and takes the time to explain everything perfectly. If something doesn't feel quite right, she will most certainly rectify the issue for you. You will leave her salon feeling like a million bucks. She can take something that is often a negative experience and can put a positive spin on it. She is a real Sweetie and my customer service experience with her was probably one of the best that I have ever encountered. I highly recommend her, her shop and her expertise if you should ever find yourself needing help in this area.

After I had an awful experience with D'vontay wig shop. I found Debbie at Nu Reflections and she was fantastic!!!! She walked me through the process of buying a good quality wig and thoroughly explained to me proper wig maintenance and care. Debby provides top notch service. She doesn't rush the customer. She had me try on more than one style and colour, and had me go outside to see the wig in daylight before purchasing. I suffer from thinning hair. I had tried some on 2 years ago and she noted down my style and colour choice. But I wasn't ready to commit to a wig at that time. Today I tried on the original wig(s) and some new ones, and am thrilled with my choice. I don't feel like I am wearing a wig, and I love the style and colour. Thank you Debby! I live in Williams Lake and I just can’t believe I was so fortunate to find Nu-Relections in Kelowna???? Debbie is absolutely amazing, she goes far and beyond for her customers! I am going to comment on a review that I seen complaining about Debbie, they thought she was awful that they weren’t aloud to touch the wigs, she wouldn’t tell them the brands of wigs, that she treated the wigs as her personal wigs etc. etc. Good for Debbie???? I would not want to buy one that God only knows who has touched them! Good for her that she wouldn’t tell the brands, so someone can just get info from her, then go on line to buy one! And yes for sure, they are her personal property, until she sells them! It is a pleasure to go in to her store! She treats every one of her customers as very special. Nobody would appreciate a group of people descending on you in a store like Debbie’s, not shopping for themselves, but checking her out for someone else, to me that would be a group of very ignorant people!! There is no other wig store that could even compare to Nu-Reflections♥️♥️

It was a pleasure to have Debbie, the owner of the shop, help me find a suitable hair topper. I purchased a couple of wigs from Debbie a couple of years ago and received so many compliments when I would wear them. Debbie knows what will look good on you and she brings out many wigs/toppers from her vast selection. She does not rush you, because her main goal is that you are happy with your new look. She will trim your wig/topper to suit your face; you do not get this kind of service when you buy on-line. If you are in the market for a wig/topper given her a call, you will not regret it.

I stop by this little boutique to ask some questions about wigs. Debbie was so kind to spend time with me as I caught her at a quiet moment. I am growing my hair out with my natural colour, grey! I am in between stages so wanted a grey wig that I could throw on at those times when you don't have time to fix your hair. She had wonderful suggestions for me and gave me so much information about the proper care of wigs and the materials they were made for. Just before I was ready to go we talked about "clip-on" pieces. I love those!!!! Instant hairdo!!! I have had so many compliments on a little hair scrunchy that mixes in with my own hair pulled up in a ponytail with the tail tucked in!!! I LOVE it. I highly recommend this little shop for all ladies who just want to have fun!!!

Chemo is not the most exciting word but Debbie had my friends and myself in the shop and shaved my dead and tried wigs, hats and face framer wig to wear with hats. Then she explained how to care for the wig and answered all my questions. She has such a great variety of lengths and colours that I didn’t even know existed!! She even does specialty orders!
