Refused to serve me! I walked into this business to see 2 older ladies chatting and was not even greeted, in fact I was ignored as they chatted, then another older lady came from the back stuffing some food in her mouth while humming and shrugging at me. "could I get someone to trim my hair" I asked, I was told "sorry we are very busy" she then sat down and started to talk to the other lady's then turning her back on me. I'm a tall 25 year old with medium hair i just wanted trimmed for a formal dinner I'm going to tonight and I am absolutely disgusted

what a wonderful experience ! Adi is truly amazing. She just knows what exactly to do , considering my type of hair. I have been in kelowna for 14 years and finally i found a spot that can understand my hair and what i was seeking for. I have combination hair, curly, wavy & straight, also very thick. Tammy has cut my hair for years and I have never been disappointed. My mother also sees Luigi for her hair and is also very pleased. we would never think of going anywhere else.
