Coming from a closed Ontario where barbershops are closed for not being safe but people can still fly while not wearing a mask while they’re “drinking” something for 3 hours, you can imagine I went for a haircut as soon as I could when I made it to Kelowna. Chose Man Made barbershop and found Mackenzie available. I showed him a picture of a style I wanted to go for and he delivered above and beyond. Little things in life such as a haircut and a beard trim can make you happy. Sounds superficial but it’s not. 5 stars review for Mackenzie and the shop!

The people who work here are quite average at best, I mean, personality wise. They kept telling jokes and looked as if they were generally having a good time, which I always thought wasn't allowed in the workplace but who am I to judge. Most days I have no idea what I'm talking about but I feel like the work these weirdos do is pretty top notch. Better than okay you could say. I'll go back. The haircut was good if you care about that too...

I've used a number of barber's there, they've all been great but my go-to is Eric, he's a great conversationalist and gives a great cut. The online booking platform is a 10/10 for its ease of use and lets me quickly pick my time in between appointments without having to call in and negotiate schedules. Their choice of music is also superb and leads to an overall stellar atmosphere. Try them once, you'll be hooked.

Look no further my friends, this is Kelowna’s best barber shop. Personalized service, great atmosphere, awesome product selection - you need to tame the mane, why not do it somewhere super comfortable with a great cast of talented barbers. Had a great cut & conversation with Eric today - I have super dense curly hair that confounds most barbers, but he keyed and did his thing to perfection. It wasn’t like those typical barber conversation you’re used to like weather, sports and politics - but real life stuff, man. It was really nice to have an real chat with someone on a stage where most resort to table topics. These guys are the real deal!

When I go to get my hair cut it's usually after a long day and I'm not always talkative. Mark picked up on it without a word and made quick work of my cut. Almost fell asleep when that heavenly hot towel was draped around my neck after the cleanup shave. Great atmosphere, great music, great crew.

POOR QUALITY I brought my brother in for a clean up at noon today. For $63 for a 1/2 inch trim on long hair and clean up of the beard, I would expect that the barber to bring out the razor and make a straight, clean edge along his beard, maybe hot towel service, or anything over the top. I googled online to find a barber that charges more because I thought I'd get a full barber experience, instead my brother asked me when we got into the car, "why pay $60 at a barber when you can just go to chatters for $30?" I am not impressed.

Nice shop. Young guy cut my hair, did a great job. Wasn’t trained on the blade and that’s fine. Asked for the top of my beard to be lined up with the blade, so the guy cutting my hair asked another gentleman working and he said “yeah but it’s going to be $30”. I guess it’s considered a full hot shave just to have the top line bladed. I got to 5 barbers consistently with my work and travel and have never ever ever heard of that. I pay $21 to $26 at high end shops with the top line bladed in. Nice shop, but I won’t be coming back.

The quality of his work, his attention to detail, and his ability to listen to customer is excellent. One cut we decided to try a new style out, and he told me to come back if I didn't like it, and he'll do a new cut for free. I've even been given product to take home to try out. The people who work here, the work they do, and the interior of the shop itself is top notch.

First time customer. Pink did my hair, and I think she did a great job. Sassy ;) Good conversation and she laughed at my stupid Barbacide joke, so she passed my test. The shop has a cool vibe to it, and you feel like you're in good hands. I would not hesitate to go back, but for one thing... booking fees. This place is already on the high side for prices, and after I make the decision to book, my thought when presented with a $2+ booking fee is, "not cool". If ownership decides to use a 3rd party system for payments rather than at the till because it works better for them... that should be their expense, not mine. A big deal? Well, no, but it almost cost you a first time customer, and first time customers just might become longtime customers. Take it as a friendly suggestion rather than a complaint... ditch the fee.

Haircut was *great* and Larissa paid attention to the details. Asian hair is also usually not the easiest to deal with but she navigated mine supremely well. Hot towel service and the straight razor at the end is a classy finishing touch. Would recommend!

I am more then pleased with how I was treated and explained during my insecure times. I came in and explained I had a bit of insecurities about my beard and how it made me feel I expressed I had no idea how to trim or properly maintain my beard. My guy warren was over the top with professionalism and made feel incredible after I was all said and done. Going from a scruffy beard to a really nice clean cut really showed me my true potential for my beard. I was really set on that I couldn’t grow or have a nice beard but that was soon brushed off once warren explained and reassured he could.

They booked me for a haircut two days from when I called so I could get a slot right after work. They then called me multiple times to change my appointment and ask me to come in 15mins earlier because of a schedule conflict. I took off work early to accommodate them then they left me waiting for 20 mins after my appointment time. The hairdresser was pleasant and did a good job on the cut. The final price was in the ballpark of $56 bucks with tip for a basic men's cut no wash....

I arrived just after opening. I was hoping to just walk in and get a cut. One hairdresser was cutting one guy’s hair. The owner I assume was on the phone, then diddling with papers and on his computer before giving me any attention. I was told the earliest I could get a cut was two hours later. The shop was dead quiet. I am not sure if they think they are that special. Simply will not be returning.
