I'm not one to rant about a business but I feel the need. I booked an appt for foils and a cut which required me to reschedule my work (take an entire shift off and change another day) but with two days notice my appt was cancelled due to the stylists personal issues. I rebooked and changed my schedule a second time (losing a second shift) and an hour before my appt, I received a call saying the stylist was sick. I have now lost two shifts for two appts that didn't happen. I was in contact with the stylist who tried to reschedule but never responded to my messages and now I am left disappointed.

I have had my nails done in multiple different cities and by many people, but let me tell you, Upashna at Letaya salon is the one and only person I will let do my nails from now until forever! I have been seeing her for about four years now and I can say that her work is intricate, flawless, beautiful and of the most professional quality. I look forward to every appointment with her because I know that I will just adore my nails! Not only is she incredibly talented at her art, she is the kindest person that I have ever met, she is welcoming, accomodating and genuinely cares about what she does. Hands down THE BEST nail tech in Kelowna :)

I got my permanent hair straightened service from here and it spoilt my hair after first wash I realized my hair were burnt totally n when I went back to them just silly excuses not taking anything on them Excuse me u guys did my hair so whom should I go n complaint; totally ridiculous damaged my hair totally and no permanent straight hair all destroyed. N it wasn’t the first time I did anything on my hair I keep doing colouring n straightening often to my hair from professionals and never had such bad results.so please think twice thrice if getting hair service done from here after all hair is the main look of u ????. Had been struggling since then to get the smoothness back of my hair

Tina, Alias and Leanne are all amazing hair dressers. I would reccomend any one of them. It is a family atmosphere very professional and up to dates on their cuts. They specialize in coloring hair as well.
