She always exceeds my expectations every time with her perfectionism and professionalism. I leave happy and my hair looks amazing. She also gives the BEST head massages (a total plus) I always look at her Instagram (@crown.and.mane) for inspiration because she’s always doing flawless colours! Go see Mar - you won’t regret it!

This is by far my favorite salon in Kelowna! I’ve been to a few and nothing compares—the girls are so friendly, warm, and welcoming and you feel right at home! The quality of service you get for the cost is totally amazing and reasonable! I needed a stylist who is good with blondes and Mila was amazing! She’s a hair wizard and managed to brighten my blonde and keep it healthy at the same time, without breaking the bank. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

Randomly dropped in to this salon to ask about whether they used the same colour brand as my hairdresser back at home. The receptionist told me they use the exact same one, which was just a lie to get me to make an appointment. When I spoke to the hairdresser during my appointment she said they don't have the same colour brand and said she would do her best to match up with the colours my hairdresser uses. In the end the colour was no way near the same - way too blonde and unnatural looking. Then, to top it off I paid for a trim and she wasn't even able to cut it evenly on both sides. It was OVER ONE INCH longer on one side. I still paid a lot of money to go here even with a 50% off voucher...DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS SALON. Seems like they lie to get you through the door and then can't follow through with professional workmanship.

I was very impressed with my visit to this hair salon. The staff were very knowledgeable and took their time to explain and answer all my questions about hair extensions (they offer every method on the planet .....I went with a weft/weave and keratin fusion combo). They also helped me to get the ash blonde balayage I had always wanted and never achieved. my hair in the past came out brassy and dry. They used olaplex and extensions to help me meet my goals. at the end of my service the surprised me with 25% off which was amazing. I highly recommend is Salon Kelowna. It is the best salon in Kelowna by far! I hear they have great barber services as well. Check it out!

Lindy at Is. Salon used to do my hair forever. When I discovered she was behind the chair again I jumped at the opportunity to consult with her about my hair and hair care needs. Let me tell you, my blow out lasted me 6 days. I'm a picky one with my hair, but Lindys professionalism and realness allowed me to be comfortable and felt accommodated to all my needs. You're foolish if you think shes not a good choice for the crown you wear everyday.

I had a volume set of lashes put on by Janice and am so happy with them! I tend to get annoyed with the feeling of having lashes on by I can not even feel them and they are lasting so much longer than other sets I’ve had done elsewhere. I have already pre-booked my next 2 appointments ☺️
