I want to start off by saying there are VERY Few people I trust with my hair, since I am a Vidal Sassoon trained Stylist myself with over 20 years experience. Rosalind Satar is truly the most gifted artists in her craft that I have met. She was one of the reasons I chose to be a stylist all those years ago. If you want a master stylist to work with your hair, Ros is the real deal. I just saw a terrible review left by an unappreciative customer recently. I want to point out that the customer admitted to having a permanent hair straightening treatment, which ALWAYS takes hours in itself to complete, so she should not have complained about the time this took. The term “Balayage” is often mistaken for “ombré”. This is a technique in which a highly trained stylist will use freehand application to apply colour to the hair. If a client has previously coloured their hair, they would be advised that it is a “colour correction” and should expect that there WILL be warmth in the hair if they have previously coloured their hair a dark shade. In the photos, this woman clearly parted her hair on the opposite side for an intentionally bad photo. She appears to be wanting to slander the work of her stylist. I completely stand by the work of Gini’s International and hope this customer takes down her slanderous post. Ros doesn’t have the walls of her salon covered in trophies for nothing. Have some respect for someone who dedicated their life to this craft and unbelievable artistry.

I've had my hair cut twice by Jolibee, and have received so many compliments both times. I'm delighted with the cut. She takes time to get it right, and pays attention to the details. I'm very impressed with this salon, and will definitely be going back.

Picture of what I asked for vs what I got. I think it speaks for itself. I specifically said I didn't want red and I got red and yellow. Also I dont think this is balayege. I spent 7 HOURS at the shop for this result. I was denied any kind of refund stating I should go back to have it fixed. You can understand my not wanting to spend an entire day there again to have my already tortured hair retreated by stylists I don't trust. As stated I cannot stand to spend anymore time assessing and fixing above the 7 hours I already spent there. That is excessive. Also there was no discounts given as seen on the receipt. As seen in the pictures.. it is a terrible job. I have not done anything to alter or change it yet as I have been hoping for a refund as any business would do if they provided a bad service. I hope other potential customers can see how uncooperative and unapologetic you are but most of all how you are unwilling to admit you made a mistake or make it right.

Although I left with a gorgeous look Thanks to Carolin at Gini’s, I was worried about my ability to style my hair. The sign of a truly great cut? When you can style it all by yourself and it looks great!! HUGE shout out to Carolin - she is truly a master at her craft. Thanks Carolin!
