I visit this First Choice location every two weeks and have since I moved to Kelowna in 2019. The staff are always friendly, the haircuts are always well done and for the good cuts and friendly company they remain cheaper than the competition. Brenda is the stylist I always go to see, and I would highly recommend her as she is skilled and friendly.

My haircut was terrible. I am soo sorry about saying this but this was the first time I had haircut in Canada and it was soo bad. I asked for layer cut and I barely see any layer and plus length is short now. They did not ask for head wash first and neither they set my hair after the cut. It was plain like sitting on chair, getting hair chopped like veggies, pay and leave. Sorry but I won't recommend this place to anyone ever. Super upset.

ALICE NEEDS TO GET A NEW CAREER. MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Took my niece to get a hair cut, and i have taken here here before and it’s been fine so i thought i knew what to expect…. boy was i wrong. From the moment we got in, we felt extremely unwelcome and were greeted with complete rudeness. Continued to ignore any question or comment i had in regards to her hair cut, My niece is 7, she is not in charge of her hair cuts and when the hairdresser is completely ignoring an adult that’s just unacceptable. The chair was dirty and could see greasy finger prints on the handles and the floor was covered in SOMEONE ELSES HAIR. It’s really gross to see even beyond the pandemic, it’s not hard to do a quick sweep. Mid way through cutting my nieces bangs, she decided that she was done, and wanted us to leave the store and come back another day. I said no, because we had to get a haircut for school and she had half a face of bangs……. I was basically yelled at by alice and pretty much swatted to sit back down and leave them 2 alone which was completely unprofessional. I also had to fix the hair cut when i got I got home, because the hairdresser did not even comb through her hair to get it straight to cut straight. I felt very unsafe and unwelcome here and would thoroughly advise against coming to get alice.

I have nothing but gratitude for Stylist Melyssa B for fitting me in to fix a hair dye job gone bad. I didnt want to be seen in public. I called explaining my situation and was kindly fitted in. I walked in with the saddest face but when she finished her magic I had a glowing smile and I left with my hair looking really good, a more natural look and happily ready to be seen in public.
