Asked for number 2 ceaser. Got number 2 buzzcut all around. I don't know haircuts so she was asking questions about number 2 everywhere and I just thought what I said was universal I just assumed number 2 ceaser haircut was a pretty standard haircut and would know what I meant. No going back when they start on the top of my head.

Haircut: The hair dresser was very polite and cut my son’s hair quickly and efficiently. Perming: I didn’t have a very good experience. I was told that to book on a particular day because the hairdresser that is an expert is only available then but the hairdresser wasn’t an expert and others didn’t want to take the job. I had burns on my face because too much chemical was used and it rolled down on my face. I was charged almost double than what I was quoted before booking the appointment. I refused to pay the amount and was given a discount. The reason for overcharging was that they didn’t realise the length of my hair and the amount of chemical used was more. However I had booked the appointment in person and if the length is so important then they should check it thoroughly and then quote the price.

Waited 25 minutes for a stylist to free up only to have the next available one start chatting with, and then helping her friend, who walked in 20 minutes after me. Doubt this was a mistake as she stopped and looked at me before turning to her friend and helping her instead. Very unprofessional, will not be coming back.

I've been paying 50 bucks for haircuts for years. Stopped in when I needed a quick cut. 20 mind and 20 bucks later and the cut is just as good. Nothing fancy but I walk in and they get it handled. I'm a regular now

After spending 40 minutes waiting for a haircut, an elderly lady sat me down and proceeded to ask me insensitive questions as: when was the last time you washed your hair? I did not think much of it, since I shower every night. I wasn't initially offended by this. However, she continued asking how much shampoo I use. I said that I use shampoo. She then said that we should go to the sink. At which point, I refused. And left the store slightly outraged by this situation. First off, context matters. The context here was that I was waiting 40 minutes for a haircut. As a full-time student with 2 part time jobs - I can guarantee I have better stuff to do for an hour and half of my day. Secondly, personal questions such as: "When was the last time you showered?" Should not be asked so abruptly and accusingly. In our culture communication is everything. If a customer is already decided to go to the shop, it most likely means that he is a recurring capital for the business. Which, in my case, is true. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this business. Thirdly, my assumption here is that this question would not be asked of a homeless person. If it would be, I'd recommend firing this person for her inhumane perspective on personal hygiene - especially since in our culture, being clean is something that we should spend less time focusing on. NOTE: I was not unclean in this circumstance. My point is: EVEN IF I WAS - there would be no case for asking me a question along the lines of "When was the last time I showered?" Fourthly, personable staff is the asset in this competitive world. There are 5 hair dresser clinics within walking range of your business. It is no issue for me to come to these. Next time, when someone less financially fortunate than me, that does not have access to basic personal hygiene walks in, I recommend letting go of personal pretentiousness and Victorian-era thinking. I recommend an attitude that appreciates the man behind the skin. It is unfortunate that people that do not recognize this are in any line of business that deals with human beings. I do with that this would be the case. No need to let anyone go. Educating is of essence here. All the best.

I left the house early this morning ,got to the haircutters 15 minutes before open. I waited outside for the staff to open and once the lady opened up I took a seat and waited for her to be ready. As I was I was waiting it seems a friend of hers came in to get her sons haircut. She completely passed me over ,did not acknowledge me what so ever ,zero communication and told the lady to have her son grab a seat in the barbers chair as she pretended to not even notice me. Myself ,my kids ect will no longer go to this chain. Completely rude and unprofessional and I might as well of not wasted my morning waiting outside.

My mom has had a consistently good haircut from a stylist Krystina. Today she went in and got, quite possibly the worst haircut I have ever seen.. not by Krystina but by a person Jokar?(sp). This is a week before Christmas, and I can’t take pictures, it’s that bad. :( Save the visit for somewhere else, this is NOT the place to go

I got a very poor unskilled haircut today. I returned to try and get it fixed by the original stylist but she just wasn't capable of fixing the problem she created. I then had the manager kindly try and fix it but when I got home there was not much improvement. I did go to a more professional salon later in the day and they were able to correct some of it. I have a lot less hair and a lot of layers to cover up a blunt sloppy cut. Not to mention a lot less cash in my pocket. I will chalk it up to you get what you pay for.

Worse experience ever, and I wasn't even the one getting my hair cut my wife was. But watching how she was treated by Alice, and how Alice treats other people is very unprofessional and rude for someone who works at front line. Not to mention she totally messed up my wife's hair. Did not listen to how she wanted it cut, and the carelessness of her removing the poncho that is suppose to keep hair off the customers clothes is unbelievable. The way she did it just got all the hair that is my wife's and someone elses hair that was on the poncho already on my wife's clothes. If I could give it a one star review I would. Do not look for Alice to get your hair cut. The other 2 ladies that were there were way more friendlier and professional and Confederate.

My first time at this salon. An amazing experience. Amanda cut my hair. Two weeks later it still looks good. I haven't had a decent cut in a lot of years. Amanda totally understood my hair and its quirks. She was very friendly and a nice sense of humor. I will definitely return and recommend this salon to anyone. My partner also had his hair cut and is just a pleased as I am. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the stylist who did his hair.

After I waited for someone who said they were capable of doing a fade on my maybe 3 inches of hair, the lady there proceeded to give the other girl a lesson on how to butcher my head completely in less then five minutes. I could clearly tell she had no experience doing this haircut well and was forced to just give her 20 bucks and walk out embarrassed for myself and the lady who tried to fad my hair. There is just clumps all over the place and no visible signs of a wearable in public haircut. I have a job interview the following day and now am inconvenienced by having to get my hair fixed a second time. Ladies please if you are. Or confident or can not properly cut a style every time don't claim that it's "no problem" and that "you're good at fades". I trust a barber or stylist when they talk like that and then to be let down beyond my worst expectations just makes me feel like I through money and a whole afternoon out the window. Won't be returning or recommending.

I've been here twice and had bad experiences both times and I'm not returning again. First time the lady gave me the incorrect price for what I was having done and ended up paying $30 more than what I was told. As a student, that's alot! Second time I asked specifically for just a little of my split ends cut off and now I have shoulder length hair. Just sucks because I've been trying to grow it long for a while. But no extra charge that time. I don't have the names. But I guess to avoid this you have to be VERY specific!
