Very poor expierence. My mother went in with a reference photo and came out very upset. It is completely opposite of what she wanted and was extremely clear as to what she wanted. Obviously the hair dresser didn't listen and she is now embarrassed to leave her bedroom. There is no way to fix her hair, buzz it or leave it and be embarrassed of her hair.
