My husband and I went there, I think back in 2016 and will never go back again. My husband went to get his beard trimmed to look clean and nice, they took scissors to it and did a freaking hack job so we ended up having to shave it off and restart from the beginning. Then I had a manicure while that was happening and I just wanted a basic regular nail polish manicure I don't get these often but the 2 other times I got them,they massaged my hands and did amazing work on my cuticles but not here they made my cuticles bleed and not even care then they put this weird gel nail polish on which ruined my nails and made them so soft and gross I couldn't get the stuff off my nails but they were chipping off right from the start. I was so unhappy with the service that we have never been back and will never go back again.

Had an awesome experience here! The ladies are fun and skilled. I got my haircut with Kaitlyn(I hope that's the correct spelling) before the holidays and it came out awesome!! They have an excellent rapport with their regulars and people in the community, I highly recommend this place!!

I recently had my nails done by Amanda and honestly they were the best set i have ever had, the detail, shape and art were amazing. It was my first visit to Brayd's salon and that was also a happy surprize. The salon is much bigger than youd think , clean, friendly and they offer many different services. Waxing, gel nails, mani, pedi, tanning and hair. Im so glad I found this gem in the heart of Rutland.

Owner & Staff Rude when calling to ask about specials they advertise on their billboard on hwy 33 they up the price when you call in VS what the billboard says. Also when speaking with them they are rude when you ask questions about how many foil they use for full VS half head highlights they basically are saying look are you going to book or not attitude or else they just hang up.

Horrible service staff is not friendly went for haircut on Monday may 8 2017 they have charged good amount but the stylist she didn't dry my hair and she was in hurry to go I mean seriously if we are going to good salon and we are paying good amount it means we expect good service as well . I will never go back and never ever recommend to friends . worst experience .????

I waited for an hour to get in then they would not do my hair all because they had someone else who just walked in they asked me if I wanted to come back tomorrow.i was sitting there for an hour I had an apt for 3 and I finally sat down in the chair at 3:40 this is unacceptable. I will not be going. If a person has an appointment then they should follow thru it should not matter how far behind they are

This is a great place to get your hair done. Jocelyn & Joanne always give me a good cut. Most times I get in the day I call. The staff is very friendly. There prices are great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this salon.
