I don't usually write reviews but after paying $160 for my hair I felt I should have gotten what I asked for. I asked for 2 different colors of streaks including my natural for a third color. I also showed a photo of the cut and style I wanted and I didn't get that either. What I walked out with made me cry, I felt I wasn't listened too, I won't be back

Best place to get your hair cut in Canada! I lived in Korea for 8 years and really got used to the service and stylists there. Came back to my hometown here in West Kelowna and didn't expect to find someone with the same skill and service until I came here. He pays so much attention to detail and spends time with his clients. Super professional but also super busy. Remember to book a month in advance. He works past closing time and still can't fit all his clients in. He'll do his best to accommodate.

I first met Brandon before he opened his own shop. His attention to detail is what first caught my attention so I asked for an appointment. Brandon and Victoria then opened the salon and I followed them since I have never had a better stylist. I have since moved back to Ontario. It is impossible to replace his talent where I am now. Brandon in my opinion is the best hair stylist in the country. Now I may not have had hair stylists from all over the country, but I say that confidently because I don't know if anyone is better than this guy. He seriously doesn't miss. He takes his time perfecting every cut, and takes every hair into account. If you're someone like me who is nervous about haircuts because you only have one set of hair, go to Brandon, and he will not disappoint. His studio is clean and bright, and I have also been to other stylists in his salon and have been pleased every time. If you can, make sure to get in with Brandon or his wife Victoria. They do great work. I will never go to another hair salon as long as Brandon is cutting hair.
