I'm not one to go out to get a pedicure ever but when my pregnant wife wanted to go and wanted me there I went. And what a great experience! The foot massage, hot wax exfoliate, and foot scrub was awesome! I highly recommend this place!

Just had my first pedicure with this place, amazing! Extremely clean, relaxing environment, great massage chairs, colours and products. Everyone I encounter was more than pleasant, very kind and attentive. I also saw a girl and her mom there at the same time and the gentleman that did the little girl's pedicure was so funny and nice - would be a great place to take your daughter for a spa day! This is for sure my new pedicure place hands down.

Very friendly staff. Went here with bridesmaids for mani and pedi and they were super friendly and did a great job. Nails where done great as well but the friendliness of the staff is really what makes me want to go back

My friend and I came here for a gel manicure and the overall experience was very enjoyable. Both of our nail techs were very knowledgeable and made our experience super relaxing. We had a lot of fun joking around with them and they made our nails look perfect. They pushed our cuticles back, had a soak, file and hand massage with affordable prices. I definitely recommend coming here for your nails or any other services!

This salon has a very kind and genuine staff. It is obvious that this establishment prioritizes cleanliness which is greatly appreciated. I got a pedicure which was great, she explained the benefits of everything she was doing and was super detail oriented. I came back for a head massage which was great, however, when booking the appointment they never said that you must wear a tank top, so I was unable to benefit completely from the service.

I have gotten many mani-pedis here before and the staff were so nice, especially Annie. If you accidentally chip a nail, you can go back and have it fixed quickly with no charge. Calming, relaxing atmosphere.

My friend and I were on holidays in Blind Bay, we called last minute on a Sunday hoping to get pedicures and they didn't have any availability but took my name and number and said they would call if they had a cancellation and a couple hours later they did call and we were able to get in! When we arrived everyone was super friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was great. Cleanliness is very important to us and the whole time we were there the gentleman at the front was cleaning up and making sure the girls had everything they needed set up for the jobs. The ladies doing our pedicures were friendly and professional and we were incredibly pleased with the end result! Would absolutely return in the future when in the area!!

They were super friendly when I went this weekend, and I love the manicure I got. I accidentally managed to ruin one of my nails today and went in to get the one nail redone and they were super fast to do it, and didn't charge me even though I was expecting to have to pay for it. I would 100% recommend them to anyone else. The atmosphere inside is nice, the staff is all really wonderful and friendly, I can't say anything bad.

I just moved to Kamloops and was introduced to Tips and Toes from a family friend. I booked in a pedicure, eye brow threading, wax, and head massage. From the moment I walked in the door it was so relaxing. No televisions like some nail salons - just serene music... Nancy is quick and efficient with threading and waxing. Annie was so wonderful and did the most incredible pedicure I have ever had, very attentive and attention to detail - Definitely recommend the full spa pedicure, her massages are incredible!!! Plus the pedi chairs will get you so relaxed. I finished my day with a head massage from the owner, Satish. What an experience. I cannot say enough - book yourself if for 60 minutes with him, you won't regret it!!!

Such a wonderful salon. I am traveling through Canada for 2 months in a motorhome and have to find a place for a gel fill manicure and a pedicure every 2 weeks. Tips and Toes is a gem! My gel fill manicure by Nancy, is perfect. Pride of workmanship is obvious - from the cleanliness of the salon to the expertise of the technicians to the friendliness of everyone there. Kamloops is lucky to have such a terrific place.

Honestly wasn't impressed. The atmosphere was the same as First Choice Haircutters - nothing spa like. Nail tech did not talk. Staff speaking not-English to each other in front of customers. Quality of the work was meh. I wouldn't recommend. Regarding the reply below - I didn't say they couldn't speak English. I said they continuously had conversations with each other not in English which is rude to do in front of customers. And the appointment was not in my name - yes it is the right place.

My girlfriend booked us a date here for Valentines after work and it was an awesome visit. First time I’ve had a pedicure but the owner and his wife were super friendly, asked if I had any questions or concerns first thing and talked me through the process. They’re both really knowledgeable about body health and have an awesome family run business plus stayed open well beyond closing to help us. I’d come back just for the deep massaging spa chairs but our feet look and feel great to!

It was a good place, nice staff and cute/long lasting gel manicure but at the end they say I had to pay for the taxes which is a bit odd I believe. Idk it was my first time using a coupon from Groupon so I’m not sure if its ok. But anyways, I was ready for their tip but it surprised me I bit they charged me extra “for the taxes”

Update: The owner was in contact with me after my initial review. He was very apologetic and asked for photographic proof of the issues my friend and I had. He also insisted we come back in for a complimentary polish change and set up the appointment based on our schedules. The same techs did our nails at the second appointment, however, the result was improved. ************ Massage chairs were decent and atmosphere is clean and bright. Both my friend and I left bleeding, so can't recommend, although the ladies that did our manis pedis were nice.

I went in for a spa pedicure and loved every minute of it! Annie was so nice and easy to talk to, we talked about the hair and massage services offered. I knew I had to try the Indian head massage! I booked an appointment for later that day and got a hair cut and a massage....it was truly amazing! Definitely highly recommend Tips and Toes ????❤

i had such a bad experience at this nail place. first she grinded down my nails to the point they were in pain, overpriced ..cost 55$ to fill and for someone who was adding rubbing alcohol to the colour which clearly needed to be replaced. they're not even and three have already broken off in 4 days . do not recomend going to this salon.

I am so glad I came to this salon. Service is warm and friendly and there is a huge selection of nail colours to choose from. Cleanliness is very important to me especially for pedicures and I was shown how the foot baths were disinfected between clients. I will happily return the next time I need a pedicure or manicure.

I found Nancy’s nails probably the best in this town and they last - no chipping! She is very professional - well schooled from one of the best international schools in India, and her trademark nails reveal as much. She’s my nail lady from now on! As an aside / her and her husband have managed to assemble a five star relaxing ambience with yet affordable rates - you don’t feel ever like you are not being pampered - soothing relaxing sounds, greeted with a beverage of your choice - quiet and serene. I can confirm that she takes her disinfection of nail and pedi equipment most seriously - which was a huge concern (there are horror stories of other places ....) Linda Albert

Went here for the first time to get a gel mani and pedi for my wedding. Was a little nervous about trying a new place for my wedding nails but I had a really great experience and am so happy with my nails! I believe I saw Annie )although I’m not 100% on that), she was fantastic and fast and thorough and even saw a flaw with one nail and fixed it before I even noticed it. The atmosphere was relaxing and friendly and I highly recommend this place!

My nail tech was one of the friendliest people I've met in a long time, he clearly explained every part of my pedicure treatment. He could tell that I was nervous at first and totally put me at ease and had me joking around in the first few minutes. The environment was very relaxing, it was very asthetically pleasing and clean. I have been to many spas and "fast" nail salons in kamloops and this is a wonderful and classy mix somewhere in between. Really nice massage chairs and every colour you could ever think to choose from. They also offer kids manicures and pedicures and I will be taking my daughter here for her birthday present and reccomending to my friends and family. The other techs and employees there seemed just as awesome as the one I experienced. Thanks for the great COVID friendly service! ????

Recently called to make appointment for manicure. I arrived and was told to be seated to await my pedicurist. I told the male receptionist I had made an appointment for a manicure. He acknowledged this but several minutes later a different male approached me indicating he was ready to do my pedicure. I left intending never to return and notifying others who value time and adhere to strict schedules.

My friend and I came here yesterday, after looking for over an hour of where to get our nails done ( because a lot of places had such bad reviews ) we called and got an appointment right away! We both just got a gel manicure, and we had so much fun talking with our nails techs and making jokes. They were very meticulous with our nails and made sure they were perfect. They do everything at this spa waxing, threading, and hair! Best experience in Kamloops and we will definitely be going back.

This is the best pedicure I have ever received. They went above and beyond. Not only did they stay open late to do all 4 of our pedicures. They taught us about our feet, were very interactive in a funny and positive way & gave the best foot massage ever. The place is clean and chic. They had an abundance of colours to choose from. Everyone was so polite. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Hands down the best pedi I have ever had. I wish I had 20 toes so the experience would last longer.
