I raced into the city to get to the store before it closed, I arrived at 6:30 and the doors were locked and the store was closed. I’m disappointed as I’m from out of town and for a store as well known as this one, this shouldn’t of happened.

Products are great, store is clean, most of the staff are genuinely friendly and have great advice. What I didn’t love about my last visit was the staff member who bombarded me with questions the moment I walked in. Then she asked me if I needed help, to which I replied no, and then ran around the desk to follow me down the aisle. I then said I was OK and didn’t need help. She kept standing beside me for the entire visit. It was REALLY uncomfortable and unprofessional. Again, will go back here as always - and I understand having to watch your store for damage/theft/etc. But that was over the top annoying.

The staff here are knowledgeable about the products they sell which is so useful when there can be misinformation on the internet. I placed my trust in a young woman here to help me learn how to colour my son's hair bright blue and after following her instructions he most definitely got the bright blue he wanted! It made me feel like a pro and a hero to my son ????

Last 4 gel nail kits I bought have pieces missing or expired glue. Quite annoying driving back and forth to BUY extra glue that I shouldn't be paying for and having to open every kit to make sure all the contents are there and still good to use. Staff is awesome but not sure if I want to waste anymore money here on nail kits.

I went in to pick up some new fall gel colors and possibly a hair treatment on Saturday, October 12 at around 2:15pm. I found the female staff member there to be overbearing and irritating. I have never had this issue before with any Sally's that I have visited down south where I am from. Being a regular customer of the chain and knowing what I was looking for (I assured her I was fine and required no help), she insisted on talking to me and hanging around despite me being very clear I had zero interest and just wanted to pick out some shades myself. I gave up trying to enjoy my time there and just left without purchasing anything. This sales associate is such a deterrent, she's not friendly and she hovers in a manner where you just want to tell her to hold your shopping basket and follow you around while you shop. 01APR2021 - definitely do not recommend the surprise bags, you pay 0.15$ for the bag and the items are pretty lack lustre, packet of hair mask, lip pencil in one of those difficult to wear colours and cotton balls...yikes. On a side note the two ladies working today are lovely.

sold out of the product i needed, on the shelf. when i inquired, the lady said that the product was in the back and i had to come back on wednesday when they open the box. i also conversed with another lady who was standing in the door way of the store room.... she too said that yes, they had the product i was looking for and it was in the back, but i would have to wait for them to open the box. when i mentioned that it was wednesday the staff member then walked out of the store and headed to the sushi place. i guess it was lunchtime. i just order my haircolor directly from the company that makes it now. Sally clearly doesnt need my patronage.

Would rate higher, the girl who cashed me out and offered assistance was lovely. She was excited to see that I dye my brows to match my fashion coloured hair. I informed her that my brows usually look better as I usually buy the Hicolor Hilights, but I'd had to use Splat in a pinch. Her coworker piped up about how terrible Splat is and how it doesn't come out, and gave me internet spread misinformation about Splat using Fabric Dye and that I'd never get it out of my hair. She didn't know what colour I was purchasing(Magenta), she didn't know anything about me and assumed she needed to talk down to me for my choice. I am in fact a pro-member at Sally's have been for many years and have 17yrs experience dyeing my hair Pink (I do not want it to come out) It was not a fun trip to my favourite Beauty Supplier.

I always call ahead before my visit to make sure she is working! All other staff are wonderful as well, the store is always clean and stocked well with product!

I went in to get purple shampoo my husband was with me he is very dark skinned as he is Cambodian and the two sales women followed us around and would not leave me alone all i wanted to do was look at eye shadow the one sales girl stood at the top of the isle and watched us. It was bizarre and did not occur to me until after I bought my shampoo that they were racial profiling us. I will never shop here again.
