My wife gave me and my 2 teenage sons a pedicure gift card for Christmas. This was my first time and they did an amazing job, very relaxing and thorough. Great job, I absolutely recommend them.

The ladies that did them were very nice. However we showed a design and only one of three people got it done right. Same day of pedi the gems were falling off. Tried calling and speaking to the man in charge and he said that shouldn't happen on gel but did not offer partial refund or a discount on our next service. Not impressed, terrible customer service on his end. Do not recommend and will not be going back. 223$ without tipping yet for 3 pedicures is outrageous.

I have been a cosmetologist for 27 years, won awards, taught and managed a school of costmotogly in Kamloops. I got in at 2:00 pm and by 2:20 I was done. The worst pedicure I have ever had. Just to let the public know a basic pedicure takes 45 minutes. No soaking of the feet, the massage was very aggressive and not the least bit relaxing. It was quite apparent this girl has had no training and if she did she would of failed in my school.This is definitely a nail barn. The worst thing was as I was letting my nails dry and the lady who was beside me left and a worker sprayed the seat she sat in and the foot pad but not the pedi bath. I was horrified. This is the most bacterial fess pit in the business. I was charged $42.00 for what was the worst pedi I have ever had. Even my students would not of gotten away with this. I was happy to say that after paying with no tip, I told the young man at the till that I ran a school in town and this was the worst pedi I have ever had. I will be taking this to the higher being.

Great place to go to for a spur of the moment plan for a self care day... Great for big pedi parties ???? I would like to say my opinion on two things though... 1- Any of the leg & foot massages I've gotten have been really fast and have no rhythm or reliving tension. 2- I believe that the prices could be slightly better for services and products

Very disappointed in the quality of my nails. I had gotten a full set of gel nails, not even a week after I have had them pop off, my nails were filed down way too low and are very sore. I paid 68.00 for these and I am not impressed. I do not recommend Nina's to anyone who wants long lasting Gel Nails.

I have gone here several times, the reason I kept going back was the gel nails were an OK job. However I find the workstation filthy. They also charge $15 for gel nail polish, so I brought my own and they charged me $15 to bring my own! They said it was there policy. I will never go back and do not recommend.

Read my whole post.... Friendly, attentive staff. Happy with my nails. ☺ Have never had anyone do them for me before....and I needed the pick-me-up! Concerned that they don't wear proper masks when applying nail polish....longterm health issues.....? Strange......I wasn't allowed to tip the staff member herself. ???? The person at the desk took it....even though I stalled so that I could show the girl what I was leaving..... I didn't like that one bit....???? I should be able to tip them myself privately. Tip Pool, or do they get any of it at all?????? The girl who did my nails barely spoke English, I hope the staff is not taken advantage of.......????????????????????

Absolutely love this place! Amazing and friendly staff who are there to greet you whether you go once a month or twice a week. Relaxing atmosphere. Great rates. Always willing to accommodate a walk in time. Knowledgeable and experienced staff. I always have a pleasant, fun, and satisfying experience at Nina's Nails. I highly recommend this business.

I have been going to Nina’s for the last 3 Years consistantly for gel mani and pedi’s. I absolutely love this place, love the job they do and they are the longest lasting gel polish nails I’ve ever had. They ensure you are happy with the job before they complete, I have never waited to get in, I have never left dissatisfied or cut. I find prices comparable and reasonable. I take my out of town friends here, and they have all loved it. I was quite shocked at reading such poor reviews on this place. It is very well staffed with polite trained girls and the facility is very clean. I am going today and can’t wait! I travel 90 km to go there.

Worst nail place i have ever been to. Asld for gel nails, got acrylic. Askd for almond shape, got upside down egg shape... looked like dinosaur eggs. Lumpy and super thick. Made me pay 15$ extra for 'gel polish'... that isnt gel nails at all is it!!! And when i called to get them fixed the man on the phone laughed and told me to get bent. They looked like crappy press ons. Cpuld not believe the service. Please no one go here i wanted to rip my nails off. They wouldnt even take them off! 70$ down the drain... terrible customer service

Called ahead and they got me in in 15 minutes. Megan waxed my brows and did my pedi. Five days of camping/swimming and my polish is still good! First chair they put me in did not recline so we moved over. Foot/leg massage portion seemed short, but it was good.

I was charged to remove my current powder dip nails, then I was up-charged for gel nails. I have never had such poor quality nails. After 2 days the gel started to peel off of my nails. I called to ask what they could do in this event and the manager (male) was very rude and called me a liar. I even wanted to show a photo of my nails and he wouldn't let me show him. I was charged 166.00 for a mani and pedi- way over charged. Would not recommend this place.

This is my favourite go to salon for sure. I've have tried numerous nail salons in Kamloops and I've been as satisfied as this one. The staff there are so sweet and very helpful.They are really experienced with what they do and they always help me find my perfect colour. I'm glad that they keep my satisfactory a priority. The prices are also very reasonable. I've read some of the reviews for Nina's and I was shocked because some of these people have no idea how a nail salon works or how anything runs. I used to work at a nail salon back in Vancouver before I moved to Kamloops so I wouldn't trust the people who have no idea what they're talking about. I am always pleased with my experience there. I would definitely recommend.

AVOID! This is why it's always so dead here. The prices are way above other nail salons in Kamloops, and the quality they provide is $h!t. The staff is not friendly. One girl screamed to "make up my mind!" even though I came in with a clear picture of what I wanted. I had to reshape the nails myself, as the right side was wider than the other and the girl could care less. They are talentless, I've asked for a lavender flower, and I got a design that a 2 year old would draw better. After spending $180 i have to go to a different salon to fix my nails. Please save yourself some money and headache and choose a different salon. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Was so disappointed got coffin shape they dont look like the shape. She cut my skin on four nails. Blood was drawn on four of my nails as well (painful). Wasn't clean. They should lay a towel down before doing the nails. Have bumps on nail finish because they had dust on tables from shaping the nails. Never going back there worst experience. I even complained about it they looked at me like they did nothing wrong.

Disappointed for the manicure. Booked for appointment but all the process was very rush! I got home and found out that my gel nails wasn’t fully done! I have few spots on my nails which wasn’t painted. The lady who did my nail was very sweet though (hope she could done a better job!)

I popped in to get my shellac taken off and to get my feet cleaned up (no polish) I was quoted 45 dollars. For this my treatment included a quick soak, removal of my shellac and my nails trimmed, as well as a minute massage on each foot. I expected for that price for my cuticles to be done, and callous removal. Not the case...seems very expensive for a 15 min service? The staff was friendly, and the lady beside me was getting her toes does and they looked like they were doing a thorough job removing all the dead skin on her feet. In fact, my 45 dollar shellac removal and foot soak was so quick that when I got there they were working on her callouses and still still working on them when I left. I don’t live in Kamloops and was only passing through for work, so maybe this is standard pricing, but in the lower mainland at a similar shop you can get a full shellac predicure for 45 dollars so I really wasn’t impressed. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back next time I’m here for work.

Stay right away. they are more concerned with getting numbers in the door then quality service. they use chemicals to refill the bottles and actual dish scrubbies for your feet. the attendant got me more wet then my feet so i was not impressed. They cancelled someone's appointment to get me in which I had no idea until after I was in the chair the person came and they re booked them for the next day i was in disbelief.

I went for a pedicure decided to have manicure if they had time. They said yes they could... paid full price for manicure.. they didn’t even do my cuticles .... not a great job !!! The girl was very nice but too rushed. Should have said no... time.
