This was our first time going to the salon in sahali mall, and we had unpleasant service. Not friendly nor professional. We had to go another hairstylist right away. I would not recommend for the service.

This is the worst hair place I’ve ever been too, the demonic lady who cuts your hair fails to meet basic English cause she won’t say a word to you from when you walk in the door to when you leave, overall horrible experience and she was wasn’t even good at cutting hair when we were done she grabbed a big palm of gel and slapped it in my hair even though I clearly said gel doesn’t work well on my hair, this lady is a phsyco and I recommend no one goes here unless you want your hair looking bad and your so anti social that you don’t wanna say a word.

My Husband went in for a cut yesterday. I made an appointment 6 days before and they looked at us like we were walk in's then called him by the wrong name like he didn't have an appointment. His cut was less then 15 minutes and it's terrible! The woman that did it left long hairs on his head and left a patch in the back that's longer then the rest. Horrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. He will never go back. I don't even want to give 1 star.
