One of the worst nail experiences ever! The lady was acting like i was stupid and that i didnt have any knowledge about my nails. She sanded my skin so badly that now i have little cuts on my cuctile area. She gave me a weird shape than what i had asked for and she charged me $84.00! Thats way too much to charge a person for a simple french ombre.Ive never spent more than $65 to get my nails done! This was ridiculous! I am truely dissapointed and I will never return.

I've been looking for a great eyebrow threading place in Kamloops and I've finally found it! Walked in for an appointment and didn't have to wait very long. Service was quick, professional and the job was so well done. The place itself is really nicely laid out, clean and modern looking. Excited to try other services they offer here. Would definitely recommend.

Went for the first time to this location in November 2018. Had an enjoyable experience from the minute I walked in. I had my brows done, threaded and colored. They were fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. The threading room wasn't cleaned between clients, so that would be my only criticism but over all it was a very positive experience and I loved that they do walk ins. Since my first visit, I've since gone back 3 more times. Unfortunately my last experience was not as positive and I came home with several cuts around and in my left brow. It's taken days and it still hasn't healed. If I go back, I will see Jeet. She did a good job the 2 times I've had her.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SEE THERE ARE TWO SALONS SIDE BY SIDE AND BEWARE OF ENIGMA! I made a mistake! I walked into the WRONG salon! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! THERE ARE TWO SALONS SIDE BY SIDE! I didn't question anything because the owner said "Brows?" when I came in and I said "yes". I had an appointment for brows and he knew why I was there so I didn't even realize I was in the wrong spot. (my first time) When the girl took me in the back she didn't ask me any questions and she cut me off when I was trying to let her know what I was hoping for; a thicker brow since I haven't plucked since March 2020. I said I was so excited because I had never had my brows professionally done and I was excited to get henna brows too. At this point she should have realized that something wasn't right. She informed me that it wouldn't hurt...... I didn't think henna would hurt and I let her know that she'd probably just need to clean the brow of some stray hairs. Another big clue for her. She started threading my brow. I asked her not to go thin at all and I thought it was just part of the process: remember I've NEVER had my brows done before! After she finished the threading she showed me and my brows were so thin.......... she said she'd show me how to fill them in with a pencil........okay, part of the process before I get the henna? I was thinking that there was not much to work with. She penciled them in. This is when she started to look confused. I kept bringing up the henna I had booked for. That's when the other salon called. I said "oh you guys are calling me but I've made it for my appointment." That's when she said "that's not our salon, they are next door." I ALMOST DIED! From embarrassment AND realizing that she had NO IDEA why I was coming into a salon today. She wanted to continue with my brow but I had researched the the other salon and THAT WAS WHERE I WANTED TO BE. (Later when I read Enigmas services, I couldn't even find henna brows offered!) I paid because I'm not very good at standing up for myself and I felt stupid for walking into the wrong salon. When I entered the right salon I couldn't handle it. My brow is thinned right out and crooked. Even if I had walked into the right salon and asked for threading: SHE DID A HORRIBLE, RUSHED JOB. I had asked for my brow to be left thicker and she didn't listen to my request at all. THERE WAS NO DISCUSSION AT ALL. I believe she knew I was in the wrong salon but instead of asking me, she just continued. I've been waiting for over 6 months to get henna brows and walking into the wrong salon ruined it. The right salon took me in and worked her magic with the brows I had left and I already have an appointment for when I will hopefully have more eyebrow hair again (I hope it doesn't take too long to grow back). When I went back to confront Enigma, the owner blamed me. Yes, I made the mistake of walking into the wrong salon but everything after that is their fault. She did horrible threading, very crooked and thin, oh so thin! I highly recommend NOT going there for brows especially if you like your eyebrows at all. I was offered no apology or my money back. Apparently, I am NOT the first person to walk into the wrong salon and Enigma tried to essentially steal me; there's no way they didn't know I was in the wrong place. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SEE THERE ARE TWO SALONS SIDE BY SIDE AND BEWARE OF ENIGMA!

My wife went in for an hombre and after getting it done it was very hard for her to say something about that it was not right. But this place is so approachable and the owners are amazing and after a qiuck talk on yhe phone a appointment was made to correct what she did not like and she never felt like she could not talk to them about this issue they were very nice and corrected it immediatley i am so happy and would reccomend this salon to anyone looking for a very nice experience with customer service being held to the highest standard . Thank you enigma dalon for everything . We will see you again when my daughter and wife need the next thing done to there hair .....

I used to love going there and getting my brows done by a pleasant woman which we can’t remember the name of, but in the past few months there’s been young girls doing my regular walk in brow threadings and I’ve come out with eyebrows cleaned but not shaped and the process was very slow and painful. Definitely a downgrade from the older, experienced ladies. (No disrespect)
