Very rude and hung up the phone on me just because I'm not francophone. I did my best to speak French (even though I'm not required to) and when I said I didn't understand what you said to have them repeat their words, they rudely hung up on me. I see this as discrimination based on language and it's the 21st century in Canada and it has to stop.
