I had an appointment booked with Jesse, he made me wait 10 minutes and was very rude to me. When it was my time to finally get my hair cut and dyed it felt like it was an inconvenience for him. This was the worst cut and dye of my life. I do not recommend this place nor this employee. If you do not like your job you should quit. If I could rate this a zero I would. Ladies save your time and cash and go elsewhere.

Always feels like coming home to family! Very welcoming and personable. Jesse has been doing my hair for many years now. I have known him since he was in elementary school. He is kinda like a son to me♡ Good times chatting and laughing with all the staff and most of the other customers. It's alot like the theme song for the show Cheers, you want to go to where everybody knows your name. ..that place is Utopia! Thanks to all of you for doing such an incredible job! Just called Utopia. Well apparently my wonderful hairstylist still works there but only two days a week. (no problem). She is now booking all her own appointments (again, not a problem). However they can't give me her number. Beyond strange. I guess I am now looking for a new salon.
