My first experience with Salon 84 (Makayla) was a 5-star experience. If the clean facility, honest consult, quality service, and reasonable price weren't enough - there's a full length mirror in the restroom that makes me look thinner than IRL!

My son has been growing his hair out for a year. We went here thinking he would get a typical 11 year old boy style with the longer hair combed to the side and faded throughout the rest of his hair. Absolute Hack job!! Maddie obviously had no idea what she was doing and kept chopping his hair down to the point that he barely had an inch left for his bangs. Chopped up sides and the back. He was mortified as were we all. Cried the whole way in the car. Since everything else was closed we took him to Great Clips to try and remedy it and thankfully Candace did everything she could do to fix it. The girls there couldn't believe how horribly hacked his hair was. There is even a chunk on the side of his head that is 1/4 inch shorter than the rest of his hair. I have never seen or heard of anyone botching hair like this. Do not bring your boys to this girl.

Terrible haircut, nothing was cut even. After she thought she was through I had to remind the girl that she needed to trim my eyebrows, trim the hair on my neck off and trim the hair off that was starting to hang over my ears. Will definitely be looking for someone else.

I've been coloring my very long and voluminous hair since my teens - Tiffany is by FAR the best colorist I"ve ever used! She foils thoroughly but quickly so say good-by to those 4 hour long appointments! You'll be out of there in about 2 hours. The first time she colored my hair, I had so many unsolicited compliments from friends and family! Go see Tiffany, she's amazing!!

I have to say! I’m soooooo happy I no longer have to drive all the way from Big Canoe to Buckhead to do my hair anymore!!! I found Tiffany at salon 84 ???????? She’s a true artists and she knows her job. As a Latina with a very challenging hair type she nailed the first time. I’m beyond satisfied. How lucky we are to have young talents in this area. Bravo ????

Wonderful salon, got the best cut & color of my life from Lana. Building has been in owner's family since the 1920's. I spent years trying to find someone who could cut my hair when I moved to the mountains. Lana & Salon 84 are highly recommended!

Tiffany is a luminary, skilled artist. Her effervescence and authenticity testify to her character and work ethic. She was the stylist I sought after elementary growth following chemotherapy. Her calm and genuine care eased my anxiety as I was ushered into a new chapter of restoration following treatment. She is a rare gem. I was also enveloped by the ambient charm and warmth of the salon as a whole. Every employee with which I have interacted has been professional and attentive.

They do not accommodate for what you want. If your hair will take longer than an hour to do, then they will not do it. So enjoy having a stylist rush through your hair and make obvious mistakes.
