Good selection of hair and skin products for women of color. Staff is friendly. Prices are comparable to other stores. Although it is located downtown they have convenient parking available at the back.

Customer service is rude and has no idea which hair or in which color is in stock. literally have to ask them to climb the ladder and look and even if you know what colour your looking for they have no idea what styles they it in. Very rude and make asking any questions as if you are bothering them. Next time I’m will catch flair sales go to Toronto and buy 5 for the price they charge for 1.

Good product but extremely rude service, I'm almost in disbelief, I am a regular customer here and every time I go they seem to get more rude. If you ask for help they make you feel like you're bothering them, and they have no idea what they have in stock. And will make you pay full price for a display. After being a regular here for almost 2 years I will not be going back. I suffer from hair loss and wear wigs to protect my natural hair and they make me feel almost as if I should be ashamed, I'm extremely disappointed they would treat someone who spends $200.00 on product every month this way.

Has valuable products, but the lady at this location is very lazy. Sits on her chair and yells answers instead of coming over and being helpful. Also, they should have a customer loyalty program. Spend $100 save 10%. Some type of incentive to keep going there.

I’ve bought 4 wigs from this store in the past. Today, I came in from work to buy another wig. The owner says “pick 3 wigs and try them on”. I tried on 3 wigs and the colours did not match my skin tone. I went on to try 4 other wigs. The owner comes up to me and says “this is the last wig you are trying. You have to buy after this!” Clearly, this woman does not understand customer service! The fact that she wanted me to make a decision after 3 wigs, which were all different cuts, textures, styles, and colours, is completely ridiculous! I walked out and I’m never shopping here again. Horrible woman! I would not recommend anyone to shop here. Go to Diva or the wig store in WEM. The Asian owners are way better than this woman mama Afro!

Could improve on the variety of hair pieces. I find it weird that an African hair store doesn't have yaki ponytails. I don't find that the staff arent very knowledgable on their skin care products. When I ask for their opinion I get, "yes it's good" on every single thing. I find their prices very fair so I really appreciate that. I will continue to support this black owned business, however I hope they make a proactive effort in educating their staff and improving their products.

DON’T GO THIS STORE! They are liars. The worst shopping experience I had in Canada! I wish i can give the 0 star for their service and the product they suggested me to buy. The Shampoo i was looking for is designed for my sythanic wig, and i clearly told the staff in the store. BUT, the product they suggested me to buy totally ruined my beautiful grey colour wig to the messy black. (It is not the fault of the wig, because i tried another right product on the same wig, and the colour is staying.)I double checked with the staffs worked there before i purchased, and they gave out the certain positive answer and said it is the product i want and that product can be used on any kinds of hair! The shampoo was only 9 dollars, BUT the wig costed me OVER 80 dollars. Now, i have to buy a new one because the colour of the old one was fading out because of the ONLY one time using of the product i bought in the store. AND the most disappointing thing is there is NO Exchange or NO Refund on any item in the store. I DON’T understand Why.

It's better then another hair store here in Edmonton, I wish they had shorter inch's but they still do have a wide selection of hair products wigs and weaves. The customer service isn't that great which is why I gave only 2 stars. I usually order from Ali express because all the hair stores here in Edmonton are so bad but now I won't need to .
