Beyond disappointing. Acrylic nail extensions were completely botched. Every nail is a different shape and length, she filed one of my nails down into the nail bed. On top of it being “cash only” with absolutely no signs what so ever that it’s cash only, this is just unacceptable. I went back to get my $60 and apparently they will not refund because it is “time lost”... I’m so disappointed and my fingers hurt as the painful reminder to never set foot in that salon again. I’m going to have to drop another $60 at another salon just to have these fixed.

First time and last time going in this shop. The have the worst customer service ever. I ask for Shellac and they repeated "Manicure Shellac" I said just shellac. She was in one hurry and did not clean off my nor sand off my nails. She wipe it off once and then proceed to add polish. I asked her if that is what she will charge $20 for; she said I have to have a manicure if I want my nails cleaned up. This is horrible. I almost got up and left half way through this ordeal. NEVER!!!

Went there for the first time to get shellac, 3 days after the shellac fell off of 4 nails and I did nothing to make them fall off, no dishes, no nothing. I asked them to fix the ones that fell out and they wanted to charge me 15$ ! so I paid 40 $ for my nails to last 3 days. Worst quality of shellac I've ever have and the customer service isn't great either. I wont go back there or recommend this place to anyone.

Worst nail salon that I've ever visited. The gentleman told me to sit down on a pedicure chair, and vaguely pointed to one chair. As I approached the chairs, one had water filled in the basin, and the other did not. I figured my chair was the one with water in the basin. I put my feet in. It was cold. I told the gentleman. He replied 'no, that's used dirty water..'. I realized I had sat in the wrong chair. I realized later that all the empty chairs had dirty water sitting in the basin... They just let the dirty water sit there until someone has time to clean it out. This was the worst start to my pedicure. I felt disgusting, having put my feet in someone else's cold dirty water. The lady who did my pedicure was good at her job, and very nice. When I went to the cash to pay, the gentleman told me that they only accept cash. No credit or debit. They had not informed me of this beforehand, nor were there any signs indicated that they only accept cash. I did not have any cash on me, so I had to go to the Unixprix next door to get a cashback. That was irritating.

Went in to get French tips. I was happy that they were taking walk-ins and it's convenient since I work in the building. Costed $50 for a full set. I'm very happy with them. The only issue I see with the place is that they don't speak very good English, and they don't speak French at all. Not very good with customer service, one other lady was waiting to get her nails done and was asking questions and the nail technician didn't understand her and I had to translate. Another lady called on the phone (the worker put her on speaker) and they weren't able to answer her questions and give directions to their store.

Went in for a refill and they came out a nice color and shape. The shape was the same from the nails I had before but underneath my nails you could see the color from the dark nails before and I asked them to make them shorter and they didn't. Mostly just wish they looked better underneath. Otherwise pretty good nails and nice people.

WILL NEVER BE BACK!! They overbook and then rush doing a really bad job. I was asked to wait 4 times during my manicure while other customers were greeted, paid their bills or were on the phone. Then the girl doing my manicure rushed through mine, jumped to someone else (while she had a 3rd client waiting), and then while sitting in front of the other client she reaches over and squeezes lotion on my hands saying "Sorry, next time I do for you" and asked me to rub it in myself - I told her there will be no next time. The polish job was a disaster, my cuticles are a hackjob and I paid $45 for this (see pic) - let them know I would not be back and left no tip. Oh also - if you pay cash, they don't charge taxes. I let them know, I pay taxes and so should they!

I use to be a very loyal customer here, I use to come here very two weeks. They didn’t do the best of job but I always felt at home. I moved to another city so it had been a long time since I came by. I truly wish I didn’t. They charged me 20$ for 1 clear top coat and did such a poor job. I can’t make this up, my nails were not equalized, I still had one chipped nail, you could see gel residue and dirt on my nails because they didn’t bother removing it properly, A MESS. I’m very disappointed and will never come back.

Edited review : So I have been going to Ongle diamant Linda and I am honestly more than disappointed. I tried over and over again to stay a faithful customer because I work in the building and its just convenient but they keep botching their work every time. I am a good customer never once did I not tip them even when they do a horrible job, I'm polite and patient. So for starters the place is always packed and they will accept walk ins even tho they are fully booked, which I understand but to a point. They will tell everyone to just wait 5 min and then have people sitting there for up to 20-25 min waiting for service. Secondly since they are always overbooked and crowded they never take time to actually do a good job, and they will have every employee work on your nails in different ways. Then they are always speaking their language and laughing which I find very rude as you can feel them making fun of you. Also instead of using the actual O.P.I. nai0l polishes they fill the bottle with a cheap polish. As you can see in the picture I've attached the top coat on all my nails turned yellow in a matter of days. You can see it more on the white nails than the red ones. When I tried to bring it to the owner attention she lost her temper and yelled at me that it was my fault and that it happened because I put my hands in my jacket pockets and it bleed onto my nails, but it's the middle of summer and i am not wearing any kind of jackets plus any quality nail polish wouldn't change colors on EVERY FINGER. Then I tried shellac polish but she kept on piling coats of it and my nails came out SO THICK. To some up my review please save your time and money and go to someone that appreciates your business. They lost me as a customer for good. Ps. In the first pics I wiped the top coat of my pinky with acetone that's why it looks better.
