I was there for a keratin straightening and the lady who did it just finished in a hurry and I still have curly hairs after the straightening. Will not recommend this place for straightening or keratin etc.

Let me share something with you guys the owner of this place is soo rude my girlfriend went their for hairstyling and she spend more then 3 hours curled hairstyling and end up with very average hairstyling then they charged $250 plus tax. Later next day morning she was so sad then she decided to tell the owner (Marc) I am not satisfied with the service because her curls are gone her hairs look straight then she ask about the refund then I can see the actual face of owner he so so recklessly rude he keep on saying do whatever you want to. Don’t threaten me, my customers won’t care about you. He eventually refund small part of it after we asked him many a time. He told us don’t come don’t bother don’t contact. then he Blocked her social media. And I will make sure this genuine costumer feedback will post on Facebook and instagram about this business and their cheap services.

I wanted to change my hairstyle, got a few photos for reference. Booked an appointment with Ms Jandi, gave her the photos -> have never been more satisfied with the result. I really recommend having your hair done here. Ms Jandi was sooo professional and friendly!!

Usually would leave a 5 star for this salon, but after today's visit, I left the salon with excess color all over my skin at my hairline. Went back in to ask Marc to clean it up with color remover and he refused, saying it's because the color was dark and I would be stuck with color all over my face for 2-3 days!!!! Went back to my car and found a cloth and some hand sanitizer and removed the excess color myself! I've never had this happen in all my years of getting my hair colored. Unfortunately I won't be back.$170.00 and it looked like a bad box dye job. Embarrassing to leave a salon looking like that. I looked and felt like a fool.

I visited Salon on Saturday to get my hairs permanent straight. Jandi Kim did my hairs. She is super amazing, talented, kind, she know what she is doing. This was the first time when i trusted someone for my hairs, i just nodded my head each time when she asked me anything because i know she know her stuff very well.
