Best place to have a hair cut in Guelph. I was very impressed with the service and staffs at Lombardo. The person who did my hair cut was very friendly and asked me about how do I want my hair to be cut before he started his job. He was clear in my directions and was very satisfied after the hair cut. I highly recommend this place to all of you for your next hair cut. Please be advised that, the place is cash only so please take the money with you before you arrive. I didn't had cash with me when I went there and realised that they only accept cash and I was about to leave the place to get money out of the ATM and one of the staffs told me "no problem, you can get the cash after the hair cut so that you won't lose your place in the queue." That was an example real good care for the customer. Please see the attached image for the current rates at Lombardo.

They did a number on my hair, came in early December and buddy who was on the far end of the place (forget his name) but he decided to watch the tv more then focus on my hair, i told him to just clean up the tips, no more then 1/4 inch, next thing you know he’s taken off about 1 1/4” and decides, to use the thinning shears, after all said and done i looked like sh!t, felt like sh!t, and wish i never paid them. Im still trying to fix my style to this day which has now been about 4-5 months. Never get your hair cut at this place. Go to one of the stylists in Stone Road Mall because they actually know what their doing.

Wonderful experience. All three barbers in the shop seemed to be very experienced, and paid close attention to every detail of the cut. They gave me straight razor trimming as part of the usual haircut, which was a very affordable $19. At one point, another guy walked in with a recently bought razor set - not sure if he was also a barber, but he clearly came in asking for advice from the shop, which they were happy to give. Best haircut I can remember.

The place is small but the owners are very friendly and they are very good at remembering faces /names. They only accept cash . If you forget cash, there is an ATM 2 doors down.

My first and last experience was truly devastating. Similar to Damian's experience, I asked for a fade and got the "faded" section of my head to be buzzed down to a 1. My barber was Joe, an older gentleman who really violated my head instead of providing a quality service. There's no chance I will be returning for a blend because if you can not do it the first time, most likely you can not do it at all (Mind you my hair was 2 inches long prior to the haircut all around). Horrendous haircut by Joe.

I went there based on the reviews online. Once there the place was very busy. I was told the take a seat, but just couldn't get over all the hair on the floor, that I would have to walk through. The floor looked like it hadn't been sweeped at all that day, and I was there late afternoon. I didn't ended up staying, so my review is based only on the appearance of the place and not a cut. Busy or not the hair should have been sweeped up after each client.
