I received the most amazing quality hair cut at Tangles Hair Designs. It was definitely a transformation to say the least. I have naturally curly hair, which I have worn at around shoulder length for the last 20 years. Yesterday, I made the decision with the help of Dan Di Ilio, my hairdresser & owner of Tangles Hair Designs. To do something different & cut my hair really short. I am beyond pleased with the results and highly recommend Tangles for your next haircut. Dan you did an amazing job, and I hope you are as thrilled with the end result as I am.

I have seen both Lauren and Amanda. They are wonderful stylists. They never let me leave there without feeling like a million bucks!!! They both do wonderful colouring and cuts. I am always so pleased with my blonde when I leave. Amanda has even taken the time to teach me how to curl my own hair! They are both a dream, such wonderful women and so helpful if you need a go to hair girl!

I had gone to have a colour correction done on my roots. I was told that the results that I sought were possible and that I would be able to leave satisfied. The opposite unfortunately happened and I left with a colour that was worse than the one that I came with. I completely understand that what a client wants can not always be done, but I had been told that it was possible.

Tangles was highly recommended by my daughter whom has been going there for years. I visited another salon after Covid-19 lockdown and a recent move to town. Needless to say my hair was butchered. Went to Tangles and they corrected this and I was so pleased. I have received lots of compliments from friends and now I go to Tangles salon regularly. Very professional and friendly staff.

While I understand that the pandemic has been hard for hair salons, this place has lost my mothers business. The owner, as explained to her has lost a lot of business due to the pandemic and is passing on disinfecting and has increased pricing to get some back. Charging my 80 year old mother $200 plus for a service that used to be just over $100. Guess what. Last time. Go else where. He had an easy mark and took it. Not again. Good luck Dan

extremely poor customer service. I took my 7 year old with fairly long hair for a haircut. First of all they forced me to use a stylist I did not book with and after she did an unsatisfactory job she blamed my son's hair for it. After I expressed my disappointment to the owner Dan, who is also related to this stylist they forcefully book people with...took absolutely no responsibility. No courtesy to even apologize for the dissatisfaction . A bad workman always blames their tools. Also if someone came in with long hair and their hair are 'sticking up' in a funny way after the hair cut it is due to the way they were cut. It is simple logic...blaming the person's hair or 'their skull" just reinforces your inexperience and poor skill set. I wonder if that is why their few good stylists left this place. I would definitely not recommend this place if you are not used to being blamed for their faults!!!

Suhaila is amazing!!!! I started to go to Tangles because of her. She is great at colouring, cutting, and styling. She is very friendly and welcoming and I always leave feeling great!! Thanks Suhaila for taking care of my hair!!
