I would give 0 stars if that was possible. DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE you’re better off cutting your own hair and saving the $. The older gentleman working there didnt give a damn about me and didn’t listen to what I wanted for a simple hair cut. I told him my hair gets tangley when it’s wet and he should use some detangler and he said “no it’s fine I used conditioner” and then proceeded to comb my hair from the top down and ripped so much off it out. He then parted my hair in the center and I told him that’s not my part and he said “it’s okay now you have more hair on both sides”. He then left me for over 15 minutes to talk to other people when my hair was half dry.

If you have the pleasure of having Marta as your hair stylist, you would know that the outcome is absolutely perfect. I have been going to Marta for over a decade and she listens to exactly what I want and makes me feel like a movie star. LOVE and would highly recommend this salon and especially Marta!

You couldn't pay me to come back here. I've never felt less cared about as a customer. I came in with medium length hair looking to clean it up, asking for a fade on the sides while only taking off the tips on the top. The hairdresser proceeded to to go a #1 buzz on the sides without confirming the length I wanted, and then took 4/5s off the top. Overall, very bad experience.

This was my first time coming to Gii Hair Salon planning on getting a cut/trim, so I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted so there would be no miscommunications, and I couldn't believe a professional hair dresser could screw a cut up so bad. Not at all what I wanted, the style kind of looks like what the picture was, but the length is more then half more short than it should be. I will not be returning to Salon Gii again.
