I have been going to Kathleen since I was 14 and I'm 21 now. I LOVE KATHLEEN AND THE SALON! Every time I go in, I'm treated with so much love from everyone that works there. She's always down for whatever I want to get done and PULLS THROUGH! I also love how honest Kathleen is when it comes to giving clients a realistic expectation of how their hair will turn out. Lord knows I've come in with jet black hair (that I box dyed) and wanted to go blond! This is a place that I know I will be going for the rest of my life! Love the environment and everyone who works there!

I just got my hair done by Vanessa at this salon. She did an amazing job - she is very professional, thorough and has a wonderful personality. She is also very accomodating with my busy work schedule. You can tell she has years of experience in her career and loves her job based on her suggestions and plans for future sessions in regards to hair colour, etc. You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to my future hair appointments.

Kathleen's expertise in all things hair are second to no one. Every cut, every colour, every style (especially the blowouts) left me feeling like a hundred bucks. She is one of my main regrets for moving out of Guelph. I have tried several hairstylists since then, and I have yet to find someone as good as Kathleen.

I have been to Kathleen many times, and I always enjoyed my time with her; however, lately my family and I find that she has been late and unapologetic. My most recent visit left me with the most unsettling customer experience I have faced. I was left sitting in the chair for nearly an hour with out being confronted of the situation. I had an appointment booked and if that is not something that can be honoured on the businesses part then proper customer service should be given. It is upsetting to see such great talent go hand in hand with lateness and poor customer service. Your customers time is just as valuable as your own.
