I've been going here for a couple months now. I've always had Gianluca, and he does a fine job with my haircuts. He's polite, a big sports fan and very easy to talk to. Whenever I want to do something different from my "regular", he understands exactly what I'm looking for. He won't let me leave until I'm fully satisfied. Will likely stick with him for years to come! Fair prices, everyone there is polite, and follows appropriate COVID protocols. Love it!

I can honestly say that it's been years since I've been given a quality hair cut as great as this! I couldn't be happier to have finally found my 'go-to' here in Guelph. Dean knew exactly what to do with my hair type, he's perfectly pleasant to talk to, and the price was very reasonable. I have curly hair and I had many bad experiences with haircuts before I met Dean. Tina does my colour and it has always been perfect. The salon is nice, clean, plenty of parking and everyone working there is friendly and polite. The prices are fair.

I have been going to Freddy's Barbershop for the past year now and I enjoy walking in there with comfort. The establishment is humble with essentially everything you need in a barbershop. The price is about 20.00 for a men's cut and hair wash. The other half of the shop is designed as a Salon, so there's room for the women to have their needs met. After trying out a few of the barbers, I decided to stick with Eddy because of his experience and personality. His ability to cut hair is adequate and is satisfying enough for me to continue to book his services. Why not 5 stars? Because there is room for improvement. To start, there is no website. I don't know why there isn't one in this day and age, but it would boost my review significantly to have that kind of web presence.

My original barber was Freddie himself. I've been seeing him for nearly as long as my kids have been around. When he passed away I had one of the last cuts he did. From that time until now I have let my hair and beard grow, with only a light trim to keep the peace. The young lady who has now cut my hair twice is very very good. I believe her name is Hang. For the cost I will be returning. Thank you Hang.

I've been coming here since I was a teenager.. Ed has been a major part of my life.. he's cut my hair on good occasions and the bad.. he's always had an ear when I needed to talk or get his opinion/advice.. as annoyed he'd get when I missed an appointment, he'd give me a lecture and still give me a great haircut.. I'm grateful that through my life I've always had a place to go and get my haircut. Without hesitation! This the spot where many an individual can come and relax and feel at ease.. a home away from home.. thank you to the Veri family for us that feeling. 10 star rating

I have been going here for a long time and really appreciate getting a good cut and beard trim I walked in there on Saturday 9 am I was asked if there’s anyone specific I was waiting for I replied no Then One of the gentleman took me into the back room where there was an Asian lady seemed nice enough And starting to cut away at my hair This is by far the worst haircut I have ever gotten I would’ve done better at sport clips Basically just buzz the side of my heads didn’t cut anything on the top so it’s completely uneven and then decided to do the same to my beard.I am sure for her own safety concerns she doesn’t use the Straight blade used electric razor and I am left with razor burn all over my neck I really don’t know what to say about thisSeriously disappointed in my service there Sincerely extremely upset customer

My teenage son has been going to Freddie's for a couple years now. He has difficult to cut hair, straight, with "cowlicks". This is the only place he can seem to get a haircut he likes. They have always been on-time, good prices and Gianluca does a great job. Everyone there is friendly and professional; highly recommend.

I had an appointment for 5:00. I eventually left at 5:35. Children screaming...a din! Very disappointed. One barber passed me in the room where I was waiting several times and never even acknowledged that I was there. A simple greeting is very nice and appreciated. Very poor customer service.

Honestly there’s not an option of not giving a one star and that’s why I have to give this place a star but my experience was so bad so so bad that I would not even give them a one star. I’m going to try to get a hold of their manager and see if they’re going to do something for their customer. I would not definitely definitely not recommend this place it is so overly priced and they did not do a good job. After getting my service I was so disappointed and I looked up on Google to see their reviews and I’m actually very surprised that they have 4.9 rating because their work is not good at all. They charge me $65 for a hairstyle without wash without cut without styling all the guided was used a curling iron and tons of hairspray and that’s it I could have asked my friend to do that why would I go to a salon and pay $65. I showed him a picture and my hairstyle did not even look anywhere close it did not even look at inspired by the picture it was a completely plain hairstyle. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!
