Literally save your money. Went to a stylist named Jocelyn (@jocelyn3103) and she rushed my hair, leaving me with something completely different than I asked for. They do not know how to do ethnic hair, which is fine. However lying to your clients saying you can is unacceptable. High prices for poor services. Terrible experience.

This salon is amazing, my family and I booked haircuts all together but a family emergency came up thus we were running late. They were super accommodating even welcomed our dog to come in and stay cool during our cuts. My stylist Melissa was great, she was calm gentle and listened to exactly what I wanted. Highly, highly recommend her! After having a whirlwind morning it was great to have a blissful cut that felt clean and sanitized (especially during COVID-19).

This morning I got balayage done with Madison. I have never coloured my hair before so I was nervous. Madison is incredibly talented. She’s truly a jack of all trades and makes you feel extremely at ease and could strike up a conversation with literally anyone. I immediately trusted her with my hair because of her confidence and focus and knowledge. I’m blown away with how good my hair looks! Thank you Madison! You’re such a pro ⚡️

I paid $566 for a haircut and balayage and my hair is fine and only shoulder length and that is without a tip and that wasn't even doing what I asked them to do in the first place. My daughter got the same quality of work done at another Guelph salon and paid $295 and that was with taxes and a tip. She has thick and long hair down to her bum. I won't go back.

Very nice place, very upscale. I'm not used to such quality and such an experience, so it was a lot for a first timer but my hair was rescued here and I'll be going back to maintain. Only downside is that it's extremely pricey (for me).

I had my second cut with Teija today and they have both been the best cuts I've ever gotten. The service is amazing, the atmosphere is super friendly, and the staff really knows their stuff. Also, they follow COVID 19 regulations to a T. Acqua is easily the best hair salon I've ever been to!

Esma was awesome! It was a little busy and crowded. And I didn't like that you had to move to different stations. But my stylist was so cool and really listened to what I wanted from my hair. And you can't argue with these results. Will definitely be going back to see Esma!

Gloria, the stylist I have is great at cut men hair styles. I can't recommend anyone else. I'm sure acqua has all good stylists but Gloria is my choice and I'm satisfied. I don't need to look anywhere else

Extremely overpriced! I was charged $650.00, I have medium length thin hair! I asked to have my hair coloured to a chestnut brown for the winter and a TRIM, I was so shocked at the price after everything was done as other salons I have gone to In the recent past have never charged over $340.00 for the same work. The girl had an extremely rude attitude as well and just wanted to rush and get it over with. When I returned home my boyfriend mentioned my hair was extremely uneven I took a mirror and looked into my other mirror and it was off by at least an inch on the one side! I will NOT be returning to this salon.

I came in for a cut and colour after a year and a half of abusing my hair with boxed dyes..It was quite the mess when I came in with about 7 different shades of brown and purple tones. Jocelyn Hayes fixed me right up. I am so happy with the cut and colour she worked so hard on for me. Most stylists probably would have turned me down, but knowing I have a big party for my daughter's first birthday tomorrow with a photographer who will be there, she did all she could to give me exactly what I was hoping for! Would definitely recommend and return for my next cut and colour. She is more than a stylist..She is a miracle worker!

I saw Madison in September 2020, and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I was 8 months pregnant and felt very safe with the COVID protocols they had/still have in place. Madison is lovely and super skilled. I showed her a couple pictures of an older haircut I wanted again, and loved her final result. I also love the Aveda products they use! Until the salon is reopens, I’m supporting by buying a gift card for my next visit. ❤️ can’t wait!

Madison is amazing. I am always worried about having someone do my hair because it can be a big change! I’ve been going to Madison for almost a year and I am so happy every time I leave! Definitely recommend the salon as a whole as well! So clean too, especially during these COVID times.

I last minute called to make an appointment and they managed to get me in sooner than expected. As a first time client I didn't know what to expect. Jocelyn was without a doubt one of the best stylists I've ever had my hair done with! I never felt rushed. In fact she stayed late to make sure the process was done correctly. Nikki is amazing! Show a picture and every time she is bang on!!!! Same for colouring and highlights! I have never been disappointed and I have been going to Aqua since I was in high school which was many, many yrs ago! Tried other salons over the yrs but always returned because no other salon was nearly as great or friendly. As for prices--- You get what you pay for! Best run salon I have ever experienced. Great work Pina!

Lovely place, custom colour formulas and nice products. I love my hair after I visit here. It’s very spendy though, I can’t justify getting my hair done very often because it’s so expensive!! I hope the hairdressers make a reasonable living at this place because wow I was blown away by how much it was. $400 for a cut and balayage.

I went for a blowout, which was well done, but I wouldn't return to this salon. The stylist all seem bored. One of them was washing and styling her own hair out of boredom. My own stylist only spoke a couple of monotone, obligatory sentences to me. It was an awkward experience I won't be repeating.
