My main barber shop was Tommy guns, I once walked in 3 minutes early to Tommy guns and was told to leave until the shop opened and in my experience with customer service that kind of treatment is frowned upon so I no longer go to Tommy guns I go to a barber shop that does great work and has Tip Top customer service, Tiptop is where you want your haircut

My husband went here for the first time and was asking for a trim. Asked to have the sides somewhat short and to keep the top long, as he likes his long hair. Well she literally shaved the sides almost like a buzz cut and the top is shorter than a baby carrot. He looks like hitlers twin. Not happy with the final outcome she left him in, we won’t be going here again unfortunately!

Went in after calling, was told 10min wait time I get there sit for 20min then they bumped me to a later position even though I told them I was in a bit of a rush. Waited anther 10 min. Random customer came in asking for a certain hairdresser. She finished a customer and snuck him in infront of me so now I sat there for over 40 min for a haircut that she rushed through after I told her what I wanted she cut it close but uneven and covered up her mistake by styling my hair to the side.... Very poor quality of work!!

Great place to get the kiddos hair cut! They have toys and tv's but the most important aspect is the staff and how they conduct themselves! So good with the kids!

They don't listen to what you want. I said I wanted something kinda long a bit messy and like a 3 on the sides. Like an under cut but more fade to the top. What do they do? Frick'n the shortest under cut I've ever seen. They just went crazy with the cutters. I said long because short docent work with my hair or my face shape. BS job, never going there again.

My husband always goes to see Mel at Tip Top. Service there is fast and friendly. On the spur of the moment I decided I wanted a hair cut and knew they cut woman's hair as well. Cindy was the one to cut mine I must say she did a great job. Showed her a picture and she nailed it. Kept showing me what she had done as she was cutting to make sure I was happy and was what I wanted. I love my hair cut.. .thank you Cindy.

They do not stay open on the evenings they claim to be open, ignorant on the phone, and unprofessional. Can't think of anything good about this place. You are better off waiting and going to a legitimate barbershop.
