The customers service was ok but the pedicure service was very cheap looking and I felt not difference on my feet. I have gone twice and both time I have been very disappointed. Never going back again.

We really enjoyed our pedicures!! Didn’t feel rushed at all like other places these ladies take their time,are very thorough and so gentle. They also opened an hour earlier for us as well highly recommend!!

Good for kids but pedicures aren't really for adults and there gel color fades after 2 days.

We celebrated my daughters birthday party here. It was really very nice inside, loved the decor of the party room, and the ladies were amazing and friendly. The cons I guess were my expectations for paying so much for the birthday party. I completely understand that this business had just opened at the time of the party, so I know there were a few hiccups and kinks to be expected but I did expect a little more. Upon booking, I had asked if it was possible to get a gluten free pizza and the answer was that it was “doubtful” but I could bring in something. I myself had to call the place they order pizza from to check for gluten free and ask for a gluten free pizza to be ordered. Disappointing for the customer to have to go out of their way for the business, it should be the other way around. Then, the non alcoholic champagne was forgot on about but the girls brought it out last minute when we were having cupcakes. I’m not sure what the “nail” art was to be included. I think it was the gems that two out of four party guests received. I booked the party for a day with a special on, including free shellac AND hair extensions, then was told that the party included free shellac, no mention of the hair extensions although it wasn’t argued at time that I asked about it at the party. When they asked at the party if we would like shellac, we were told it in front of other customers that it was $5 extra per person and I had to remind them that we booked at a time we were told it was included. The memory picture that each guest was supposed to receive I again had to take it upon myself to ask for at the end of the party and they only gave us one picture disappointingly. Luckily I took my own pics and sent them to the girls. Last but not least, there was no desert offered as per stated in the package. I had to again ask about it on our way out and they told the girls they could each pick a couple candies to take. I’m a very laid back person and have a great appreciation for people’s hard work but to me, at $300, this was just not a good experience at all from start to finish. I hope for the kind hearted women that work and own this place, that they work these hiccups out and make it a better experience for their future guests.
