Best hair salon in Gatineau. The prices are reasonable and they have great hair stylists. I get my hair done by John and he is highly trained and really knows his stuff. He is passionate and you can really see that your hair, for him, is like a work of art. Great service, big comfy chairs, popcorn, and the BEST latte! They also sell great hair products - I splurged on a hairspray that works wonders. Highly recommended!

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service of Victor Victor. I went to this place for the first time at may 7,with high expectations, after all the quarentine period, to do a ballayage on my hair. I was expecting to really have my blond colour back, but this didn't happen at all. Actually I left the salon explaining to the hairdresser that the result it was not what I was expecting and that I was not happy. She told me to go home and wait 2 weeks to see if I would change my mind, and if not, that I should call back and schedule other appointment to get things fixed. Well, I didn't changed my mind and things unfortunately only get worse. The colour is absolutely different than what I requested, and I use to be blond for many years... So, I did call, ask to talk with her, but the receptionist told me that she would "take care of me". I left a message. The receptionist was really impolite and I never heard back from anyone. I'm really shocked to see how come this could even happened... I felt really sad and disappointed with such a bad experience. This never happened with me at any other place where I coloured my hair. Today is july 8 and I'm still absolutely unsatisfied and never received any call.

Very professional hair styling service provided in a new, clean and well decorated space. Prices are fair when you take into consideration how pleasant is the experience and the bond you are able to create with the person that could become your favourite personal hairdresser. Haircuts, hair treatments, hair coloration and even eyebrows care are offered at Victor Victor. The owners are two young quebequers ladies that manage the place in a very dynamic and friendly way. Cost me over 350$ for hair coloring and styling. I wouldn't mind if I would have gotten that wow result! My hair was orange (instead of ash)and had scissor marks! When I called back to say I wasn't happy, the person already knew why and what was wrong. She let me leave knowing the work she had performed was bad and was expecting my call back!
