I had a cut much shorter than requested (which goes about in the middle of the neck), degraded to the cotton and the hairdresser made me a bangs. The result: hair too short with too much volume. I now look like a madam. That's wonderful. On the spot, during the cut, they did not dry my hair, so it was difficult to see the final result. It's $ 18 more to dry your hair, by the way! So I chose not to dry my hair. I paid almost $ 40 with the tip, if anyone ever asked the question: I could not find this information when I was looking for a hairdresser. I give 2 stars, because when I asked for a refund, they graciously offered to rectify the situation by a hairdresser of the establishment. I did not accept because I do not trust them. Une genre de coupe carrée : pas trop de dégradé, juste un peu et pas de frange (Je l'admets, je n'ai pas spécifié pas de frange, mais il n'y en avait pas dans la photo que j'ai apportée). J'ai eu une coupe beaucoup plus courte que demandée (qui va environ dans le milieu du cou), dégradé au coton et le coiffeur m'a fait une frange. Le résultat : des cheveux trop courts avec beaucoup trop de volume. J'ai maintenant l'air d'une madame. C'est merveilleux. Sur place, lors de la coupe, ils n'ont pas séché mes cheveux, donc c'était difficile de voir le résultat final. C'est 18$ de plus pour faire sécher les cheveux, en passant! J'ai donc choisi de ne pas me faire sécher les cheveux. J'ai payé presque 40$ avec le tip, si jamais quelqu'un se pose la question : je n'ai pas réussi à trouver cette information quand je cherchais un coiffeur. Je donne 2 étoiles, car quand j'ai demandé un remboursement, ils ont gracieusement offert de rectifier la situation par un coiffeur de l'établissement. Je n'ai pas accepté, car je ne leur fais pas confiance.
