I showed her a picture of the haicut I wanted (longer in the front and shorter in the back) but she did another hairstyle (a regular bob hairstyle). It ended up too short (above my chin when it's damp) which I hate! Now I need to straighten my hair to make it look longer as my hair is curly. But she is a nice person.

Ils étaient longs et endommagés mais on était pas obligé de couper 4 coupes.....ils sont à la hauteur de mon menton. C'est affreux et je lui ai spécifié que je voulais à la hauteur des épaules. Je n'y retounerai plus jamais.

Thank you Hélène and Joanne! My usual hair dresser closed unexpectedly for the Holidays and having met Hélène through my work, i decided to give her a call and got an appointment for the day after at a convenient time. They are both extremely nice and super good at what they do. The hair cut is perfect and exactly what i wanted and the prices are very reasonable, thank you! I will be referring this place and coming back :)

The lady was very nice and sweet, but for the price I at least expected to get my hair dried before leaving, while my hair was wet it looked fine until I got home dried my own hair and seen something was off.. my hair is extremely uneven with some strands being extremely long while the left side of my hair is extremely short, I had asked to get my bangs fixed and have my slit ends cut off but she cut half and left the other half so all my split ends are still there, im not the type of person to complain or be rude but its quite upsetting to put your trust in a hairdresser to help boost your self confidence abit and end up leaving with less confidence then what you first started with
