I love this salon and spa. I am a military spouse and have lots of experience trying out new places. I have had excellent service and great results with waxing as well as full service highlights and ombre color. The salon is Beautifully decorated and spotless. Its the best salon I have been to in my south keys area. And believe me I have been to them all. Definitely check them out!!

Gabi is a good stylist but even though my appointments were with him, others have coloured my hair. You wait with wet hair for him to style as many seem to have appointments at the same time, and prices never seem to be the same. Very expensive.

I've been catered to by both Gabbi and Lillian since my return to Ottawa, 10 yrs. ago. They are truly wonderful....Well Ok...Lillian is wonderful, Gabbi thinks he's funny. Great stylists and very professional. Liliane always takes the time to figure out what you want and won't hesitate to make suggestions, say if the cut won't work for your face shape or the treatment could be tough on your hair type. I have never left the salon unhappy!

Tried this hair salon after my haircutter went out of business during pandemic lockdowns. Got haircut from owner of the business. I hate to say this, but it truly was the worst cut I have ever received. Made a reservation ahead of time. Didn't get onto the chair until 20 mins after my reservation time. My hair was cut in 9 mins flat. Most rushed cut ever. Wouldn't be so bad if cut was decent. It was terrible cut. Uneven cutting. Very unfriendly. I really don't like having to write such a one-sided review, but can't find one good thing to say unfortunately. You have been forewarned.

I went in for a colour correction and Gaby the owner said highlights instead. (I told him I wanted to go lighter). Saved me time and money on a colour correction process. Gaby listened to what I wanted and I left the salon feeling a million bucks. He also gave me a discount on some hair products. Very pleasant staff. I will be back!

Terrible costumer service, I will never be returning. I tried returning back to this salon after trying a few years ago, my mistake. After indicating on the phone that I was very pressed for time, my appointment was still delayed by 30 minutes. I was very clear in asking for highlights on the phone and a price was quoted. There was never any mention of any additional ‘surprise’ fees, which of course was sprung on me after I wasted 1/2 hour of my time waiting. I would expect a business to warn customers of potential additional fees on the phone as I was not expecting to pay 40% more than I was quoted on the phone. Unacceptable and I hope no one else falls victim to this unprofessional service.

If you have frizzy hair like me keratin treatment is something you should do. Gaby has done several of those for me over the years and every time my hair were smooth and shiny. Easy to blow dry, no frizziness in this humid weather and no static in the winter. Today Gaby did my latest keratin treatment that allows me to keep my natural waves without the frizziness. Definitely recommend it to everyone with naturally curly hair.

I highly don't recommend this salon, they're unprofessional. It was my first time dyeing my hair it was incredibly bad. I clearly told her what I want and how I want it, she did something totally different from what I want, and she burned my friend's hair, she left the bleach on her hair for long time causing the hair to fall. we all left the store crying of what happened to our hair. I highly don't recommend it, so unprofessional.

If i could rate 0 starts i would. We went into the shop (my mom and i) and my mom asked for 1 inch off, and layers starting at her shoulders. Long story short she was crying in the chair because he cut off 6” of her hair and layers up to her nose. When she was crying he continued cutting. Never going back there.

I had a full head of highlights and color done this week. The highlights were very sparse and went in for two reasons; to complain and to have a bill of $235.04 accounted for. I was told there was a charge of $55.00 for a haircut which I did not receive. I will say a few snips were cut in the back to straighten a hair line at the nap of the head BUT never told me there would be a charge for a full haircut. Front of the hair, including bangs were never trimmed. Gabby refused to add more highlights because this is the way he processes highlights. He refunded me $15.00 for the haircut but charged me $40.00 for a blow dry.. A blow dry with a color is included in the the total price at any salon. Needless to say, Gabby still owes me $40.00. The look on his reception's face confirmed to me that he was cheating me out of money. I am hoping he get this message and realizes his error; and contacts me for the refund. I'll keep you posted, if not ladies beware. I really feel I was taken advantage of. And it is not FAIR but the highlights on my head are advertisement for Gabiani salon.

The worst place to ever go to! I still regret the day I entered that Salon. It was my first time dying my hair and i was so excited but I left that place with tears in my eyes. Lillian the lady who dyed my hair BURNT my hair which made it break off and fall from my hands. It was the worst moment of my life my hair was falling because she wasn't paying attention to the amount of time she left the bleach in my hair. My hair was all the down my back and she didn't even dye my hair the colour i asked she dies it blonde and ended up cutting my hair above my shoulders because of HER mistake !! My hair now is falling, burnt from her and she didn't even care to fix what she messed up. I have went to more than 5 salons after what she did to me to have my hair fixed and they asked me does she even has a licence?! Because what she did to my hair an actual hair stylist wouldn't have done!Definitely would not recommend this place and i wont ever be going back! doesn't even deserve one star

By far the worst shallac manicure I have ever had! It looked like a 5 year old tried to do it! I asked for a french manicure and they were so uneven and sloppy. She filed my nails uneven to start and when she tried to paint the white tip she didn't have a clue how to do it properly. The thickness of the white tips were different on each nail and she didn't evenly coat the white nail polish so they looked terrible. I also has white nail polish all over the sides of my fingers!

Went in for a simple inverted bob - worst haircut I've ever had! Its more of a normal bob cut up in the back...sides are even. Asked for texturing/thinning/layers....why can't hairstylist just listen to their clients instead of thinking they know best?!? Anyone know a good stylist that can fix this mess?!?!? Also, if you want someone knocking you in the head with their brush over and over and over again while they blow dry your hair....Gabi is your guy!

I went in to get a perm, now I very well specified that I wanted BIG curls I even showed pictures to make sure we were on the same page. What do you know, they were the tightest little curls you could ask for. I called the next day, I'm not someone with low-confidence and believe me when I tell you I've never felt so ugly in my life. The only reason this place gets A star is because the owner reversed the perm (straight perm) gave me a few bottles of product to help heal the damage free of charge. After letting my hair grow out for 2 years and keeping it virgin, I'm forced to start back at Zero.
