I used to go here all the time with a professional hair stylist named Alex. He would do my hair and leave it cut styled and colored for a reasonable price and great atmosphere which kept me comming back. He has since moved to a different hair salon and yesterday my experience was turned from a 5star to 1. I booked a long session to re-dye my hair and a lightening for my boyfriend's long blonde hair. He asked for even lightning. My hair was washed and left to get cold and wet on my head for 25 minutes while my hair stylist was dying someone else's hair on my time booking. When she did cut my hair it was uneven and I got charged 3x the price than I would have for the hair color and it was a minimal cut. My boyfriend who asked for an even light to his blonde hair had 5 levels lighter and incredibly uneven with very bleached roots and yellow tips and worse was left wet and unfinished and charged $550. That is also 3x the price that I was quoted before and the outcome was aweful. 0/10

If I could give. 0 star I would set up an appointment and on their website clearly says do not be late be there on time or you will loose your appointment. Anyhow arrived early 11 15 goes by then it’s 11 35 ask the receptionist if it will be longer and proceed to explain to me my appointment is at 11 15 with an attitude giving me the big eyes then going to see the hair dresser to tell her that I was waiting and asking for when I’ll be take with he big rolled eyes again. You have to be careful with who you pick to cut your hair. I have only one guy who I go to since he knows me (Had two but the second one retired a while ago). I only chose someone else once and I ended up with a bowl haircut. It's hard to spot the perfect hairdresser, but when you do, you're set for years. Guess I got lucky.

Usually the experience is outstanding and always with Brigette. Today...not so much. One star is generous. I scheduled an appointment well in advance, around my stylists vacation, to ensure that I would not only have her cut my hair, but also so that I would have my hair done before an important appointment next week. I arrived early and presented myself to the desk. I was then told that my appointment had been incorrectly scheduled, not in August on a weekend, but on a Friday in September...and at the end of September...literally one month later. I work Mon to Fri regular business hours and take clients on the weekend. My Mon to Fri schedule is not flexible...I wouldn't have agreed to that. This is why I scheduled it on a Saturday. The owner offered to set me up with another stylist if I could wait (sorry...it took me a long time to find the right person...kind of why I scheduled around her vacation...) and I declined. She then shrugged her shoulders and offered an apology that was far from genuine. Being perfectly honest, I don't think she cared at all. Her entire 2 minute conversation with me lacked ANY customer service skills whatsoever and I was made to feel that I had written down my appointment incorrectly. I had scheduled myself around this particular stlyst and did not take my own clients this afternoon to accomodate this appointment. I even scheduled this a couple weeks in advance...whoever handles the schedule during the week needs retraining. I won't go back after the way the owner handled it. Too bad really, because Bridgette is amazing. Due to the owners lack of accountability, her lack of customer service and the scheduling error...I'm not going back.
