The place looks really good and the atmosphere is friendly. The reason I’m giving a two stars review is because I have never been successful in booking an appointment after my former hairdresser left the salon. I had contacted one of their hairdresser directly on Facebook as indicated on their website and although she acknowledged my email, she never replied to me after my second message. Then I tried to book an appointment with them by sending them an email on Facebook and no response. My last attempt was by calling them several times with no answer. I left a message and no one returned my phone call. At the end, I just gave up. It’s too bad cause I really enjoyed going to that salon but I have never encountered so many issues in booking a hair appointment in my entire life. I wish them all the bests as it is a nice salon.

I found the "treatment" given to me disrespectful. A little more importance should be given to the fact that the client's time is also worth something. I drove 25 minutes to get to this salon, wasted 45 minutes waiting for nothing and had to turn back without receiving the service I had made an appointment for. We reserved the same treatment for my 10 year old son (for whom we also had an appointment) ... But he was made to wait 60 minutes. Totally unacceptable. If you cannot meet your commitments over time, space your appointments to give yourself leeway in the event of the unexpected! We expected better when we take care to get an appointment several weeks in advance. It is very clear that I will never set foot there again. Too bad because I really liked the "vibe" of the living room as well as the decor. Je ne peux pas évaluer la qualité de la coiffure et des services, puisque je n'en ai pas profité, mais l'expérience client a été excessivement désagréable pour moi. J'ai trouvé le "traitement" que l'on m'a accordé irrespectueux. Il faudrait accorder un peu plus d'importance au fait que le temps du client vaut aussi quelques chose. J'ai conduit 25 minutes pour me rendre à ce salon, perdu 45 minutes à attendre pour rien et j'ai dû rebrousser chemin sans avoir reçu le service pour lequel j'avais pris rendez-vous. On a réservé le même traitement à mon fils de 10 ans (pour qui on avait également un rendez-vous)... Mais lui, on l'a fait attendre 60 minutes. Totalement inacceptable. Si vous ne pouvez pas respecter vos engagements dans le temps, espacez vos rendez-vous, pour vous donner une marge de manœuvre lors d'imprévus ! On s'attendait à mieux quand on prend soin d'obtenir un rendez-vous plusieurs semaines à l'avance. Il est très clair que je ne remettrai plus les pieds à cet endroit. Dommage car j'aimais beaucoup la "vibe" du salon ainsi que le décor.
