First timer and I loved it as this place was recommended by a friend. Clean salon, friendly staff. If you're familiar with Kérastase, they'll hook you up with the right products so don't be afraid to invest! Jean-François is very professional and a very good ear when it comes to your wishes. He makes you feel confortable from the get go and I can't thank him enough. I will definitely go back to try all the other fun stuff they have to offer.

I got a balayage done by Jenny and she was exceptional and went above and beyond to get me the results I wanted! My hair is not the easiest to colour as it is very dark and thick, but she spent an extra 2 hours on me and took very good care of my hair. I definitely recommend this salon and will be going back for my next colouring!

I received a hair cut there and I have a severe case of razor burn and possibly an infection from a dirty shaver. I am hoping that cortisone cream will help and avoid a visit to a clinic for an anti fungal cream or antibiotic. Severe pain and rash and bumps. Never even got the cut I wanted just excessive shaving. Super unfortunate because the reviews were good. I've been suffering for days now.

(Translated) I went to make my hair there in June. I walked out of the living room with a $ 400 bill (I never paid that amount for a dye) and orange hair (I had asked for a light brown). The next day I went back to explain the situation and the hairdresser only made me a toner that left after a week. Since June, I have spent hundreds of $$$ in salons to correct my color and remove the orange. Nothing works. In short, do not go there. (Original) Je suis allé faire mes cheveux là-bas en juin. Je suis sorti du salon avec une facture de 400$ (je n’ai jamais payé un tel montant pour une teinture) et des cheveux orange (j’avais demandé un brun pâle). Le lendemain je suis retourné pour expliquer la situation et la coiffeuse m’a seulement fait un toner qui est parti après une semaine. Depuis juin, j’ai dépensé des centaines de $$$ dans des salons pour corriger ma couleur et enlever le orange. Rien ne fonctionne. Bref, don’t go there.

Superb! All The Way Around! Let me just say that the entire experience from start to finish was superb. The first time with a new hairdresser is usually stressful and you tend to sit on pins & needles, but none of that happened with Elie. He was insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed where my hair had been and in what direction we would be going with it. The shampoo was relaxing and he really took his time. You had the confidence that he really knows what he is doing from start to finish. He asked all the right questions. Afterward, I felt like a new woman when I looked in the mirror. I walked out of there feeling great, sporting red carpet hair. A non-intimidating atmosphere, a well run business and stylists that leave you looking better than when you came in: the whole purpose of finding a great salon is feeling comfortable with your stylist. Let me just say that I will be going back to Elie and I would highly recommend Coiffure Nu to any of my friends. I'd put the experience right up there with one indulgent afternoon. Everyone needs to be pampered, and this is the place.

I had an exceptional time here! The staff were all very nice and welcoming and the place is so nicely decorated and all safety measures were being taken :) I had my hair colored and styled by Jenny she was amazing I loved the final look it was even better then I imagined! She really took her time with me and made sure I was comfortable with all her choices and movements she was very graceful as if she was painting a painting she truly is an artist at Balayage and everything and shes so nice. the end result is phenomenal will be definitely coming back for more in the future !!
