I would not recommend Sienna Spa. I had bridal appointments there for my recent wedding and I was not happy with the experience. My mom had pre-paid all our appointments.. a summary of my experience:
Hair Trial: I showed up assuming that my hair would be washed, Courtney indicated that they could wash it first for an extra charge, which I did not proceed with. My hair was curled with a curling iron and I left. The charge for this 20 minute visit was $60.
Hair Do: I decided that I wanted hot rollers and so arrived for hot rollers, and after my maid of honor's appointment was forgotten about by staff (which was booked 7 months prior and re-confirmed days before), I was left with rollers in for 45 minutes while Courtney did another Bride's makeup. I felt completely abandoned and took the dryer off my own hair after 45 minutes. I started to take the rollers out myself when she came over and helped. I did want rollers, but my mom had pre-paid a bridal up-do $75 appointment, which I didn't have.
Following both appointments and the wedding I went back to the spa and indicated that I was happy to pay the appropriate amount for my two appointments, a hair style and roller-set, but that I didn't think it was fair to pay $60 and $75 respectively. I spoke with the manager who empathized and said she would speak with Courtney and call me back. They called while I was away and my mom answered, indicating that we would not be receiving any discount.
I want to pay the appropriate amount, not be overcharged and taken advantage of because my mom was kind enough to pre-pay for my wedding services.
Thank you
