I love Nikki and the work she does, she never disappoints! I will forever be her client. However, my appointment I booked months in advance never actually got booked, and caused some confusion within the salon. Luckily, Nikki is such a rock-star she squeezed me in that same day even though she was booked solid. Thank you for that!

Honestly, I havent gone to a hair salon and come home upset in a long. The hair style isnt remotely close to what I asked for my bangs are over cut width ways, uneven and the length was cut way shorter than what i showed her what i wanted. I'm the type of person that struggles to tell a hair dresser to stop but I really wished I did. I dont plan on coming back.. now I have to figure out how to fix my uneven bangs. My hair looks like a cut my mother gave me when I was 5 and I'm very upset.

Megan is a homegrown pro and did a great job. Attention to detail wins me over! Appointments are probably the norm but she took me in on short notice . Definitely recommend.

This place is the bees-knees! The staff clearly love their job which is a reflection of their manager/owner. The stylists listen to what you want and deliver a quality haircut for a good price. Additionally, they have hosted an event called "Cuts for cans" benefiting a local charity where they do a free haircut in exchange for a non-perishable food item. The staff donates their time to do so.

very well organized, clean and beautifully set up. All the ladies seemed so hopefully with each other (rare these days) and super friendly to myself and a friend that joined me. I havent had my hair cut in over a year because I havent found a place in fsj that i could bring myself to go to since my previous hairdresser moved. I had my hair foiled by Heather last week, we agreed that she would foil it the white grey blond that her hair was. Everything was fine until she put on the toner and turned my hair this ugly purple that at my age i do not want. They new i was not happy and kept reassuring that it would wash out to the colour i wanted. Than charged me $235.00 for it which if it turned out the way i wanted would be fine but i have been washing it like they said to do and its this eashed out pinky red ugly bloody colour. So disappointed and worse part is i dont live around there so cant even get it fixed, never again and if you dont know how to colour properly than dont do it. Plus if your booking an appointment for someone let them know the person is in training and let them decide if they want to take that chance with having there hair wreaked.
