GREAT, since I arrived attended me, that if you do not have appointment you will have to wait if all the barbers and girls are busy, but really is not enough what you're going to expect, at most about 15 minutes in what one is unemployed because the service to others is quite fast, I strongly recommend this reason salon to all because I love the service.

Disorganized. Booked me under the wrong appointments and had to scramble to fit me in the schedule. Cancelled bookings the day of instead of notifying the day before. Seems pretty convenient to cancel before the long weekend on the Friday. I booked my appointment a week ago. Very disappointed to be honest.

Great full service hair salon with a lot of spa services and well. They offer giftcards for any service from massage to haircuts that last for 1 year. They have a good number of staff and walk-ins are possible on quieter hours. This is a busy location, so I would suggest booking an appointment. Stylists are able to offer up to date options for hair cuts, stylings. Excellent staff.

I normally don't write reviews but I was blown away by Emily's professionalism and skill and want others to know about her! I don't live in Prince (but I wish I did!) and was in the north for a work placement and had forgotten to time my hair appointments before leaving, and found I needed to get my roots touched up while I was there. I booked in for a colour with Emily and not only did she do a great job of my roots, but she skillfully was able to work out some of the ....ahem, baggage.... that previous stylists had been unable to get out of my hair and my hair looks 100x better than before! Even my boyfriend couldn't believe how great my hair looked. If you live in Prince please visit Emily!

Booked updos for an Xmas party - verified it was going to be $45 on two separate occasions . sat in the chair for all of 15 min (hair was damp she had to blow dry 2 min) then curled ringlets then tacked them up (didn’t even stay in throughout the night). Didn’t even offer to show me the style in the mirror. It was a 50 min appointment. Got charged $96 for 20 min (and I’m being generous it was closer to 15) for a seriously boring and unimpressive style I easily could have (and should have) done myself. Will NEVER go back, sister will never go back way WAY overpriced and disorganized. We ended up having a good night anyway but when you feel completely ripped off and baited and switched (told one price charged 75% more) it was not a good way to start. End of day I did get a discount (as I said I was in the chair for 20 min!!!!) but my sister paid the full $75 for Hers but at least her stylist actually did her hair for an hour! Her stylist was actually awesome. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere PG has some fabulous new places - Razors Edge is out of touch.

Excellent work by Trina with a cut and colour. My only caveat, and this holds true for many salons, is that there's no discussion about price of services before rendering them. I was given the base price when I booked my appointment but my final cost was quite a bit more. It'd be good to have a conversation ahead of time about what it'll cost to do the work. This is the only industry I know of that does the work first and then let's the customer know the cost later.

I really like the way Slava does my hair and how she works her magic. My hair was in bad shape and uneven, so Slava had her work cut out for her, so she has been fixing my hair up and I love the way she styles my hair too. Now my children go to her as well and their hair has never looked as good as Slava makes our look. I will only go see Slava & no one else. Great job Slava and Thank you for working your magic on our hair. I just recently went to Cathy since Slava is away and Cathy did a tremendous job on my hair. Now I have a back up when Slava is away. Good job ladies.

The services are great, however do not anticipate having the service done on the day you plan. 2/3 times now the salon has called about 1-2hrs prior to appointment saying it was cancelled. I travelled into Prince George for the service too, making a last minute cancellation phone call even more frustrating. Have decided I'll try a new spa and hope for better overall customer service.

Went to this hair salon and it is the worst experience ever, they charged so much for barley changing my hair. My hair was a dark ginger and I wanted a a blond or brown hair colour, I left with slightly lighter ginger and -200. The girl cutting my hair kept saying she was a professional and not letting me speak. She jerked my chair back when I tried to leave. They have a lovely clean studio but horrible service. I resorted to doing my hair at home once it Healed a little and got a nice blond colour on my own.
