Not recommended for first time bikini waxers. She was way too rough considering i had never had that area waxed before and she did not use a cold cloth or a calming aloe wipe like I had with my eye brow waxes. Could have been better.

Katch spa is one of the few places in PG that does Volume Lash extensions-Jackie is the best lash tech I've been to and makes it a very relaxing and comfortable environment! She also is very great at accommodating you for your appointments :)
