Told exactly what I wanted on the phone. Came in, showed a picture of what I was looking for. He continued with highlights though that word didn't leave my mouth once. Beautiful job if it had been what I'd asked for. Aren't you supposed to leave your clients happy and do what they've asked for? Or send them to someone who is willing to do what they want if you feel uncomfortable doing it yourself ?
