Good prices. First come, first serve policy which could have long waits. Places has 8 hair cutting chairs but usually 2 to 3 people working. Staff is friendly.

I get my hair cut here because I can save a few bucks as opposed to going to some of the pricier establishments. That being said, $25 for a hair cut is still pretty pricey considering you literally only get a cut with no shampoo/style. If the latter services were part of the cost, I think the price would be more justifiable.

Went there today for a MUCH needed haircut, I have thin fine hair (recently lost 50% of it due to stress) so thought I would be a bit disappointed no matter how it was cut. Well I was very wrong, Anna was AMAZING! Best haircut of my life :D couldn't be happier with the result, a very knowledgeable hair dresser!!! highly recommend!

Great! Even with the shortage of staff the punctuality was great! When I got my hair cut Janet was so kind, I was coughing and I felt terrible as I knew it must've been hard to cut my hair. She wasn't rude and kindly offered me a cup of water. Loved the service and it was well worth it! Great place and extremely convenient

First, I had an appointment for 4 and when i arrived 5 minutes early I heard a hairdresser ask the manager if she could take a walk in as she was waiting longer and i had to wait an additional 15 minutes ( if i knew that i wouldnt of made an appointment and just walk in). The manager who cut my hair then while mid cut when over to another hair dresser who made a mistake and used the razer that she used on my head on the other hairdressers customer then back to my head. finally they dont style or wash so she cut my hair asked if length was good ( to which i said yes because i couldnt tell because it was not styled ) but when i came home it was not what i asked for and was too short

Their system stinks. The hair dressers do not act like they are happy to be there at all and they do not listen to what you want done. On two occasions we left disappointed so I will not be back.

Depends on which stylist u see. Some listen better than others &/or have better skills. I've had cuts that I didn't want to pay for, but, was too upset to complain about, so, I don't know what they would have done if I had.

Very poor customer service. Told to come back in 20 min and when we did, they did not bother to call our name and took other people that came after us. One worker all she did was giggle and laugh very inappropriately the whole time. Very unprofessional.

What a trashcan dumpster fire of a hair salon... it isn't walk in. You need an appointment 2 days in advance to get your hair cut by sub par humans that can't even do a buzz cut. What a joke. Go elsewhere

May be not all your customers are time conscious but providing somewhat accurate waiting times is the least you can do, to be called 'professionals'. Gave me half an hour waiting time, nobody called my name after that. Was told that few more minutes. 10 minutes passed, 15 passed, nothing, even the receptionist disappeared. Stood there, tried giving signals that I need some attention, to no avail. Finally walked out, never to step back in.

We went in there to see if we could get an appointment and one of the ladies were really snotty and rude. I will leave another review on how my appointment went, but the first look she gave us was "oh no, not another." And "she looks weird" etc. Please I recommend on stepping up your game or else I will never go there.
