Katie is ABSOLUTELY incredible. Takes the time to get to know you and your hair, and educates you while she goes. She can be talkative or just listen to her clients. All around love going to Katie since she challenges me to try new things with my hair, and I come out loving it every time.

Went in and requested a simple haircut and, brought a reference photo. I requested a hair dresser with experience cutting thick wavy hair. Once my hair dried it was 3-4 inches shorter then requested. I was pretty angry and disappointed with the haircut and also the service as I had to go back twice to get a refund, the first time they claimed that they couldn't do it without the owner, the second time they gave me a cash refund. Would not recommend getting a cut here!

I got my hair done here yesterday by Kianna. I got a belayage and cut and she did an amazing job! I was worried I would have to go super short due to some damage I had but Kianna gave me an amazing haircut that gave me volume while keeping most of my length. I also love the colour! So happy I chose Contour and that Kianna was my stylist!

I hadn't had a haircut since January of 2020. My butt-length hair with the choppy overgrown remnants of blunt bangs (now down past my chin) needed a major overhaul. Thanks to Contours, I now have a stylish cut that's still nice and long, but now has layers, polish, elegance, and lots of bounce- and no more scraggly ends. So happy with my new style! :)

I hate this place because my daughter told them what she wanted they second guested her and I gave permission for what she wanted and this has happened several times with different hair stylists there and my daughter didn't get anything like what she asked we both are very mad and have moved to a different place that is 1000x better
